Hear and glimpse the ocean from the deck of Casa Del Corazon, a newer Port Aransas home in Safe Harbor, an In-Town beachside development. Located about 1 1/2 blocks from the beach and minutes from the ferry landing, marina, restaurants and all that Port Aransas has to offer makes life here sweet!
Our home features a full kitchen with dining bar open to dining and living areas with a full size television and stereo and half bath. Master bedroom has a queen size bed, television, large bath and closet. Upstairs includes a full bath,a sitting area with a full size futon, television and stereo system, 1 bedroom with queen bed and another with twins beds and a large deck perfect for sipping coffee in the morning and stargazing in the evening to the sounds of the ocean.
RENTAL POLICY SUMMARY:
1. Smoking and Pets are NOT allowed in the house.
2. To hold your reservations please email or call in your request. We will confirm your request & dates, then email or send you a Rental Agreement. Your reservations are secured upon our receipt of a completed and signed rental agreement and advance payment of 50% of Total Amount Due (check or money order) within 7 days of booking, with the balance due 15 days prior to check-in.
3. Cancellations must be made 30 days prior to scheduled arrival for a refund of the deposit less a $30.00 processing fee. There are no refunds for early departures. Full refund for Hurricane evacuations.
4. Check-in time is Noon and check-out time is 3:00pm, unless arrangements are made.
5. The maximum occupancy is 8 people, and the guest of record must be over 25 years of age to register and pay.
6. Guest will be charged the full cost to repair any damage to the property or replace any missing items.
7. The house will be clean and ready at check-in time, and the lease fee includes an inspection and basic housekeeping immediately after checkout. Maid service during your stay can be arranged for an additional fee. |
