This is a direct waterfront property with beautiful views and spectacular sunsets. Beach lovers, boat enthusiast and fishermen all enjoy this place. We have private boat slips for each unit. A gazebo with seating area and fishing pier for all to enjoy.
Spacious, beautiful tropically decorated, with hardwood floors and carpeted bedroom. King size comfortable bed, and queen size sleeper sofa bed. . Fully furnished kitchen, one & 1/2 baths, washer & dryer in unit, all new appliances. Private balcony overlooking the bay. Gulf across the street. Locals prefer this location for the fun of watching the boating. This is a low density complex with 12 units in the bldg & only 2 stories high. This unit is on the second floor with a beautiful view of the waterway. There is a picnic table on the pier to enjoy lunch or just hanging our witching the boats go by.
You can fish from the dock, bring your own boat, or walk across the street to the beach. Great get away place close to Pensacola Fl. & Orange Beach Alabama. The famous Flora- Bama lounge is located only 800ft. away. We are close to Pensacola, Orange Beach Al. & Gulf Shores Al/ Call for more details, enjoy your stay in Paradise.

Description was very accurate; quite clean and very well equipped. Many small extras not normally found w/ VRBO condos. Pier was excellent for our boat however the fish were not quite as accommodating. Could not coax any to share the hook. Several very good resturants close by and inlets to ocean are also close. Did not walk to the beach but it is only across the street. Trips to various historic sites are short day trips and worth the effort; Blue Angels are also a local attraction as they practice weekly. Lynn is quite the artist as her paints will illustrate. We will probably use this location again. Very enjoyable week but for the unpredictable weather.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, pet owners, age 55+, girls getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing.

Loved staying in October, Just booked another rental for may. My husband loves this place. The unique touches by the owners include her wonderful paintings, fully stocked kitchen, and great furniture. Can't wait to watch the beautiful sunsets again from the living room and balcony!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with young children, pet owners, tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, sightseeing.

WOW!!...this is the perfect place for us!!......we felt happy and relaxed the minute we stepped into this amazingly decorated condo. My husband and I LOVED our stay at Pescador Landing! The condo is more than beautiful.....the view is awsome....the location is great....the owners are very gracious!! Who could ask for anything more???Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+.

We enjoyed our stay at Pescador Landing. The condo was a perfect getaway. We enjoyed breakfast on the patio and cocktails on the pier watching the dolphins. Loved docking our boat outside of our condo. The owners have thought of every amenity to make our stay perfect and could not have been more accommodating.
