The on-site activity center can organize, scuba diving, horseback riding on the beach, or whatever else you want to do. You will love it!
San Jose del Cabo--a quaint Mexican town filled with outstanding restaurants, art galleries, jewelry, clothing and pottery shops--is just two miles down the road. About 15-20 minutes from the airport. 20 minutes from Cabo San Lucas.

We have traveled all over the world and have always wanted a beachfront property. When we found Las Mananitas in San Jose del Cabo, we knew immediately that this was what we'd been looking for, and that we'd found the perfect combination of American amenities and Mexican style.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The view is spectacular! We love to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner on the spacious balcony that has breathtaking views of the ocean. From January to March, bring your binoculars because you can see whales as they make their annual trek along the baja coast. Everything is so convenient... the supermarket, restaurants and of course, the beach and the beautiful swimming pools at Las Mananitas. If you want relaxation, in luxurious surroundings and the comfort of a five star hotel, you can't beat our condo on the fourth floor of Brisa building.

My husband and I absolutely loved this condo: the breathtaking view, the access to the Mega store (a local grocery store with wonderful local produce and seafood) and the Starbucks (just a quick walk!), the gym facility, the pools and beach access! We were already planning our return visit, before we packed to come home. We highly recommend this condo if you're looking for exquisite accommodations that allow you to feel right at home. We've always stayed in resorts when we vacation in Cabo. This was our first time renting a condo for a week. It was well worth it. It was safe, quiet and absolutely beautiful. It was wonderful to have a washer and dryer in the unit - as we were able to wash our gym clothes and not just hang them over a railing to dry (as you have to do when you stay at a resort). If you want a peaceful, cozy and beautiful place to stay - look no further.

The photo's do not do this property justice!! This was a spectacular villa!! We were greeted by the property manager when we arrived and made to feel very comfortable immediately as this was our first trip to San Jose Del Cabo. The security guards are great and very friendly!! The villa has everything a person needs for a great stay including spectacular ocean view, ALL appliances, Sat TV and beautiful decore. The lush grounds are amazing with too many pools to count , hot tubs, hammocks and outdoor BBQs , lounge areas and I took many pictures of the hummingbirds which are everywhere!!! This is THE best location in Cabo as we soon found out after making a few trips into downtown San Jose and Cabo San Lucas...steps away from the ocean which has miles of white sand that was like sifted flour and yet a huge grocery store is just a few steps the other way along with restaurants within walking distance!!! The view is un believeable and watching the sunrise is a daily ritual!!! Taxis are easily available just outside the property along with the local bus stop which for only 8 pesos takes you downtown within minutes!! Absolutely Fabulous!!!!!!!! I would not hestitate to rent this villa again...and will!!!!!

I was extremely satisfied with my stay here, especially having not been to San Jose before. This is the perfect location! Walk to downtown San Jose, or take the city bus for 7 pesos. Wonderful grocery store blocks away. Cross the street and take a 30 minute bus ride to Cabo San Lucus if you want more action. Everything you need is at the unit (including a six pack of cold beer in the fridge from a previous stayer)!! It was wonderfully quiet and we spend many hours lounging on the huge balcony. I will be back to San Jose and hopefully to this same owner rental.
