Located on the 8th floor of a boutique south shore beach front condominium, Casawynelle offers spectacular panoramic views of the ocean, mountains and town. Catch a glimpse of whales or dolphins as you breakfast on the terrace, relax by the pool or at the beach and enjoy breathtaking sunsets over the bay.
Beautifully decorated and completely furnished, this exclusive executive 8th floor oceanfront condo effortlessly accommodates three couples or two families. There are three bedrooms, each with its own full bath, air conditioning and ceiling fan. The master suite has a king bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has a set of twin beds, which can be put together for a king, if desired.
A fully equipped kitchen and roomy living and dining area are open to each other, and to an ocean terrace with magnificent views of Banderas Bay as well as Puerto Vallarta. The dining room table will seat up to six people, with kitchen island conveniently nearby for extra seating.

Why the Owner Chose South Zone
My wife and I have been vacationing in the Carribean and Mexico for 30+ years. We are from Michigan and need the regenerative energy that these climates have to offer. We had traveled to Mexico seven times before we settle on purchasing Casawynelle. The weather of course is fabulous and the mountains and ocean are breath taking but the charm of the city and the friendliness of the people is what sold us on Puerto Vallarta.
Great place to watch people and enjoy a Cervaza or just relax in the beach chairs at one of several beach restaurants. Fishing boats, jet skis and horses are available for rent here. Or get a message
Nice bay with restauants on the beach. Catch a water taxi here for Yalapa or Las Animos and enjoy a bit of paradise only accessable by foot or water.

We have been married 35 years and have two daughters and two granddaughters. We were both born and raised in Michigan and our parents worked in the auto industry (there's a surprise). Our children have moved away, our pets long gone so now we find ourselves enjoying life to it's fullest splitting time between Puerto Vallarta, Michigan and ???

Our family (6 adults) escaped to Casawynelle for a holiday get-away, and it could not have been more perfect! From the moment we stepped in to the condo, we knew we had picked the right place. Even from eight floors up, the sound of the waves hitting the shore put us in "relaxed mode" instantly, and everything was just as we had pictured it from the website. It is a very clean and well maintained property, and the owners were so helpful with suggestions for places to visit, things to see, etc. We kept in constant communication with them throughout the week via email. We opted to cook most of our meals at the condo, however we did enjoy the breakfasts at the bistro by the beach. I recommend the omelet, made with ingredients of your choice, or the eggs Mexican style. We also took the bus to the grocery store in town, where we purchased our groceries, and fresh fish from the fish market right across the street from the grocery store. New Year's Eve was festive, as we observed fireworks from all around the bay right from our veranda. Awesome! We would definitely recommend Casawynelle as a destination for anyone who wants to be in an area not highly populated by other tourists, huge resorts, or traffic.
Recommended for:Families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car.

We recently stayed in Case Wynelle and had a wonderful experience! The location is not only beautiful, but ideal. Private pool, private beach area and 15-20mins to Downtown PV to restaurants. The Condo is amazing-beautifully decorated, spacious- Plenty of room for 5-6 adults. There is a cook/kitchen at the Pool that serves breakfast and lunch. Huevos Rancheros and Pancakes! YUM! Casa Wynelle hosts are fantastic! Helpful, informative and gracious. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

My husband and I, along with three friends, had the pleasure of staying at Casa Wynelle two weeks ago. The condo itself is absolutely gorgeous. The balcony overlooks the pool and the ocean beyond. Everything about Casa Wynelle invites you to relax and enjoy. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is well-suited to cook at home, although we went out for most of our meals. We did have breakfast by the pool a few times and it was delicious. The staff is very helpful and accomodating. The owners were also very helpful, with information and tips on how to get around and ideas for restaurants, day-trips, and the area of Puerto Vallarta in general. I highly recommend Casa Wynelle for a luxurious and relaxing get-away.
