A rear brick patio houses the gas BBQ and table/chairs for dining al fresco. On the hillside above is a swing and hammock for leaving all your cares behind.
Inside a fully equipped kitchen awaits, including cookbooks, dishes, flatware, coffee maker, grinder, and waffle maker/griddle.

- Julian is a State Historic District and showcases it's history in the local museum, on a history walk of the town site including the old cemetery, and a tour of one of the old gold mines.
