Why the Owner Chose New Braunfels
We loved the grounds and proximity to everything. Gruene is a favorite of ours. The pools feel like a resort and the night time ambiance at Waterwheel is special. I have served on the HOA and found the WaterWheel management to be the BEST in the area which is important when offering your 2nd home as a rental to other families. We want our renters to have a great stay!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Our unit is one of the most private in the complex. Being in Building A surrounded by the corner trees adds a cozy, peaceful feel to outdoor sitting. We travel ALOT and know what is important in a rental unit so we made sure our beds were the most comfy-quality beds, kitchen is stocked with quality items, and the unit is freshened every year with new pillows, spreads, blankets.
You can put your tube in here and float 30 minutes to Water Wheel condos..get out and walk up to your condo! Muy Cool!!
My favorite place for food and music. 8 short minutes by car. Oldest dance hall in Texas!! A must visit while you are in the area.
Definitely one of the largest water Parks in America. Outrageous fun. Walk to the park and prepare to spend the day. You can even pack a picnic lunch to go...no hassels with bringing your own munchies
Swimming Pool, Train rides, beautiful grounds for family gatherings. WurstFest is held here too in October.
This is where you can get out and stoll up to my Condo. Also, just walk into the water for a cool soak. One of the best locations in town. Loving it!
You can walk to this tube shuttle pick up on Lincoln street. No need to search for a parking place which is usually Much farther away than your condo!!

We absolutely loved this condo....very private and comfortable. The beds were great, the couch bed needs a thicker mattress but it exceeded every expectation we had. Well done Cathy!!! We look forward to future stays with you!!!

The condo was wonderful. Had a great view of the beautiful grounds from the living room windows or the balcony. Condo was clean and well stocked with linens. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with all the things you need to cook (even though we didn't cook much). Highly recommend! We will certainly go back.

We just loved this place. We were so happy when we arrived and found our condo had a shade tree and the privacy corner allowed us to sit outside each morning in our jammies with coffee. Beds were yummy soft and linens all fresh. Owners responded immediately when we needed a recommendation for a BBQ place and directions to Gruene. We could not have had a better time. Thanks for taking such good care of your place and we highly recommend it!

Beautiful condo, very private/quiet, gorgeous scenery, enjoyed watching the deer from the balcony, great location-right next to the waterpark, close enough to hit Six Flags and Sea World. Plenty of nice dining options nearby. Condo had everything you could possibly need for any vacation. Highly recommend!!!
