Enjoy all the amenities The Villages has to offer. Relax in style in our beautifully decorated three bedroom courtyard villa overlooking the eighth green of the exciting Bacall golf course. That’s right, enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine while sitting in your lanai enjoying the breeze and seeing the action from our golf front, water view home. When it’s time to cool off you are within walking distance to the Largo neighborhood pool and the Largo adult pool, and when it’s time to shop,dine or party, the Sumter Landing Town Square is only minutes away. There, you can choose from casual or fine dining at a variety of restaurants, take in the free entertainment and dancing nightly at the square or catch your favorite movie at the cinema. There’s so much to do in The Villages and with the optional Villages Amenity ID card you will have the availability of all activities.
There are 18 executive golf courses for all abilities of play at no charge and 8 championship courses at reduced rates. Each course is complimented with the dining and amenities you’d expect from a first class Resort. There are Social clubs, Theater, Sports of all kinds, Arts and Crafts, Heated Pools, Exercise Rooms, Billiards, Walking Trails and so much more, but let’s not forget the friends you’ll meet, which is why the Villages is known as America’s friendliest hometown.
Your home away from home is fully furnished with everything you’d expect. The kitchen is fully equipped and opens to the living and dining room area all with views of the golf course. There is cable television, a flat screen in the Living Room with a DVD and CD player and has internet throughout. The master bedroom has a plush pillow top king size bed, flat screen TV and also has golf course views. The master bath has a large tiled shower, double sinks and a walk-in closet. The guest bedroom has a plush pillow top queen size bed and TV. The Den/3rd bedroom has a desk and pull out sofa and is a great place to curl up and read. The 1½ car garage has plenty of room for a car and the golf cart ( provided 2012 season).
This is a non smoking, no pet home (absolutely no exceptions). The Villages is an active 55 plus community and this is an Adults only rental.
Rental fee includes all taxes, utilities, trash, lawn, cable. A $50 Amenity ID fee is required (limited to 2 Adults) to access all the Villages has to offer.
There is no daily or routine cleaning service (Washer and Dryer on premises). There is however, a one time cleaning at the end of your stay included in the rental fee. Anything beyond reasonable cleaning will be deducted from your deposit.

The Unique Benefits at this Villa
We love the views from our living room and lanai. You get mesmerized looking out on the golf course and the shimmering water holes... it is very peaceful. It's like an ever changing movie in action right in your back yard. In and around the Villages, the activities are endless. Our neighborhood is great for long walks or runs, and the Largo Rec Center and pools are at the end of the street. It is a quiet street with lovely neighbors.

My wife & I visited the Villages for 17 days (Jan 2011) and had the great fortune of finding Wendy & Bob´s home on VRBO. It was extremely clean, well decorated & furnished with everything one could need or imagine. And the matresses in both bedrooms wére great which was very important to us. The pictures do not do the home justice as it is actually much more impressive and has a beautiful view of the golf course. Also, noteworthy was the fact that Wendy made the contract process extremely easy. The Villages was awesome and has something to offer for all. Overall we had a wonderful vacation--Thanks Wendy & Bob for allowing us to use your wonderful home which really exceeded our expectations.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We have just completed an enjoyable stay (Feb. and March 2008) in this comfortable, scenic courtyard villa in a prime area of The Villages. The owners are proud of their home and they were most pleasant to work with in meeting all our needs.
