Beautifully appointed luxury condo, 1200 square feet. Attention to details, looks like a model home. High end furnishings, artwork, unique beds and deluxe linens. Zen meets Hawaii décor, peaceful and relaxing! Ideal for vacationers as well as business trips.
Kitchen is fully and totally equipped with utensils, gadgets & cookware for the discerning chef, with expansive granite counter tops and a breakfast bar. Spices, coffee (coffee grinder) and tea, trash bags, paper towels and dish washing/laundry soaps are provided at check in to get you started.
Big cushy leather sofa and side chair, large flat screen TV with cable and DVD/CD player. WiFi or Ethernet cable, desk and printer provided. MP3 Player station. Fans throughout, dimmer switches and accent lighting on timers.
Amenities include: Luxury linens, extra pillows, plush towels, robes, iron/ironing board, in condo washer & dryer, hair dryers, vanity mirrors, travel toiletries, luggage stands, drying racks and beach towels/bags/chairs/mats and to-go coolers and cold packs.
Serene lanai views are of the South Mauna Lani Golf course's 4th Tee, looking out to Mauna Kea, Mauna Loa and Hualalai Mountains. Features a built-in Outdoor Kitchen with a large gas BBQ, granite counters, sink and all the tools. Very comfortable lanai furnishings in bamboo and glass. Fan and mood lighting as well.
Complex has a work out room, resort style landscaped pool and jacuzzi. Private parking space and entrance. Quiet and peaceful...a short 1 mile drive to a private beach area with bar, restaurant and great snorkeling. Two 18-hole golf courses, 2 more close by. Very close to The Shops at Mauna Lani with Tommy Bahamas, Ruth's Chris restaurants and other great eating places, Starbuck's and shopping, and a well stocked grocery store with very good take out offerings. 5 Star Fairmont Orchid Hotel and Mauna Lani Bay Hotels and restaurants are nearby.
The unit is not childproofed and has high end furnishings and accessories. No children under 12 please. Absolutely no smoking inside the condo, or on the lanai, or at the pool.

Why the Owner Chose Golf Villas
The Mauna Lani Resort offers quiet elegance with excellent resort amenities, without a 'big resort' feel. The Golf Villa's location is a very private, tucked away low density complex, with lovely grounds and lagoon pool area. Great views of the mountains and the golf courses. It's also close to the Beach club, with wonderful snorkeling, restaurant and bar right on the beach, lovely walks and hiking along the cliffs.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
This condo was the owner's home, so it's upscale luxury living with all the amenities that you'd expect in your own home - no cheesy vacation rental furniture or minimal kitchen items. Plenty of parking, close to the pool and workout rooms, close to the beach club as well. Owners love to share information about the Island and it's offerings, and provide concierge services if needed.

Your hosts, Wendi and David Wasson, have chosen to make the Big Island their full time home, to enjoy and share all the wonders that it offers. After many adventures as world travelers in Corporate Aviation, they jumped at the opportunity to live in Hawai’i, leaving Dana Point CA.
They bring an international flair of their own as Dave is originally from Canada and Wendi is an Aussie: both believe in living Aloha and embrace the Hawaiian culture and spirit in every way and will do their best to make sure your holiday is as wonderful as possible.
They own and operate Honu Kai B&B, #1 ranked by tripadvisor for the Kailua Kona area, and manage this condo as well.
