Why the Owner Chose Brigantine
We fell in love with the location of this home. It truly offered everything we were looking for: A clean, protected beach suitable for every activity. It is on the southern end of the Island, close to shopping, many excellent restaurants and 5 minute access to Atlantic City. Our home is only a half block from the beach. The neighborhood is so quiet that some evenings a half hour will go by before a car travels down the street. We have very friendly neighbors. We were looking for the perfect beach town to relax and unwind, and we found it in Brigantine.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome
The 34th street beach is lifeguard protected and sectioned off to allow swimming, surfing, or fishing. We are 1 block from the best butcher shop (excellent lunch sandwiches), seafood take-out, and ice cream parlor. We are 2-3 blocks from several restaurants, a hardware store, maritime museum, and marine mammal stranding center. We are within 10 blocks of tennis courts, a skate board park, and even more shops for your convenience. Further up the Island there is the noteworthy "Links" golf course and a yacht club.

Anne and Mark are native New Jerseyans. "We both grew up in large families, and spent our summers at the seashore every year. We were looking for a quiet place with a pristine beach and a family atmosphere. We found it in Brigantine." Anne's talent as a real estate salesperson helped them find this jewel of a property just a half block from the beach. Mark operates his own furniture repair service and makes time to do repairs and maintain the property. We are proud of our home and get great satisfaction from helping our guests have a positive vacation experience.
