Wonderful roomy floor plan with great breezes. Complete kitchen!! Comfortable bed and loads of linens. Nice shower. First flr is convenient. Very nice private pool and snorkeling out in front--just go thru the gate! Nice restaurant nearby. Historical tour sites are very interesting. We loved our stay.

Recommended for:Sightseeing, families with young children, age 55+.

We had a wonderful stay. This place is really amazing. So quiet and yet close to great restaurants and beaches. We fell asleep each night to the sound of the surf.. We will definately be back!

The best time ever!! We had the best time ever!! My wife and I had not had a real vacation in years. We just seem to chase the kids around but this was just for us no kiddos. We spent a lot of our time at Cane Bay Dive Shop and eat@Cane Bay. We logged 2-3 dives a day. The rest of the time we spent sitting on the couch in the gallery just looking out over the ocean! If your name is not Rockefeller, then this place is for you. For a 1 Bdrm condo, the living space is HUGE. And Kim outdid herself by leaving behind “everything” that you need for your stay. From bathroom to kitchen to bar. Yes I said open bar with a wide selection of distilled spirits. The Atlantic is less than 100’ away, security is maximum (w/an onsite property mgr) and less than a mile S of Frederiksted. Several mornings we would walk to Polly’s for a latte or on occasion Pier 69 for a Bloody Mary. (Can’t drink in the condo all the time) I also must say that the king bed was most confortable. The unit had full Cable TV, free WiFi so you know that you can be in touch with the outside world, pool, and we did BBQ a few nights. The BBQ was near but not next to the unit. The one thing that I will remember about St. C is that the restaurants are A+++. That includes the bars on the beaches. While there we ate at the following F’stad locations (& highly recommend all): Lost Dog (Pizza), Pier 69, Blue Moon, Sandcastle (directly next to this condo) and Mahogany By the Sea. And the rest of SC: Angry Nates, Rum Runners, Ft. Christian Brewery and Duggans (my personal favorite, get the lobster) Also ran into Big Beard who is a fellow former Oregonian who owned a business near our home neighborhood. Take his boat to Buck Island to snorkel. In the 2 weeks we were there, the power only went out once (during the Packer/Falcon playoff game) Packers did win the Super Bowl so all came out OK. The condo did have a backup where all power was restored so all was good immediately but the game. The negatives is the sugar ants and the biting flys. The ants came out whenever food (sugar) was around. These ants are a fact of life in the USVI and food storage should be kept in the Fridge. The flys seemed to attack from 4 to 6 in the afternoon but they will get you anytime (Off was provided by Kim and it is necessary, use liberally). Except for the ants, and the bug bites, this condo gets my highest recommendation. It would be fair to rate this condo a Good+ or Excellent-. Thanks Kim!

I don't know where to start. This condo is fanomenal. The pictures don't to it justice. The condo is immaculate & quite tastefully decorated. Everything you thought you needed to bring from your kitchen is already there. The amenities are endless. Aside from the usual toiletries you will find: snorkel gear, pool floats, laundry & dish detergent, cooler, coozies, candles, water filtration pitcher & LINEN napkins. Since my flight arrived at night the owner surprised me with some fresh fruit & drinks. Wow! The ground are prestine. The caretakers were avaible yet not intrusive. The fence surrounding the property gives a woman traveling alone a great sense of security. Anytime I went to the pool is was well maintained. The location is exactly where I wanted to be, away from any tourist spots, yet within walking distance of a few shops, restaurants & bars. Do the research, I did. There is NO other property on the West End that compares to this one, not even the other units in this building! I will be renting this condo again this fall. When I inquired re: evacuation in the event of a hurricane, her response was---'Don't worry, we'll take care of ya.' That says it all!!!

I spent most of the winter in this propety in 2009 and it was delightful in very respect. I have been coming to STX for more than thirty....forty years and I had never spent this amount of time in Frederiksted. It was a perfectly located, well maintained and beautifully appointed unit with just about every convenience necessary and the ability to tele-commute in this setting was a dream! It has changed my interest for my permanent residence on the Island from east to west. The beach is outstanding and a delightfully tranquil place to spend hours and the restaurants in the area are superb. Kim is a pleasure to deal with and if you have the opportunity to spend time here do not pass it up!

I have not stayed in this particular unit, but this small condo complex has it all! The units are spacious 1BR/1BA, and the amenities can't be beat. Security is top notch. You will absolutely LOVE all that this place has to offer.
