We have two one bedroom, one bath condominiums with southwest decor on the third (top) floor of a secure building. The Garden View Unit overlooks the interior courtyard and garden. The Fountain View Unit overlooks the front courtyard and has partial view of Los Olivos Park and lights from Biltmore District.
Both units have: Southwest decor with plush, powder blue, wall-to-wall carpet. Fully-equipped, electric kitchen with breakfast bar pass-through to living/dining area. Courtyard view from sliding glass doors and private covered balcony with bistro table and chairs. LaZboy recliners in both living rooms. Spacious bedroom, queen-size bed with high plush-top mattress, dresser with mirror, antique desk, large closet with mirrored doors. Bath with shower/tub combination w/ sliding glass doors. Queen sleeper sofa for your occasional guests. High speed Internet available in condo at additional charge. Shared Internet in Association community room.
Access units via air-conditioned interior corridors decorated with Southwest murals. Screen guests via intercom. Building has two elevators. Each floor has laundry room w/ coin-op Maytag washers and dryers, community room for your social gatherings, and trash chute on every floor. Community fitness room w/ exercise equipment. Convenient assigned covered parking space plus visitor parking. Attractively landscaped grounds with fountain at entrance.
Los Olivos city park across street. Walk two blocks to Devonshire Senior Center for exercise equipment, social activities, dances, crafts, aerobics, computers, hot lunches, library, low vision readers. One block to bus line.
Five minutes drive to fashionable Camelback and Biltmore shopping centers; ten minutes to Scottsdale; and 15 minutes to Sky Harbor Airport, and Bank One Ballpark (home of Arizona Diamondbacks), Mayo Clinic. Excellent bus transportation. More than 100 golf courses. Phoenix Open, major PGA tour event, held in January. Cactus League Baseball every March when six major league teams hold spring training.
