  This was a very enjoyable trip, largely due to the fabulous accomodations. The house is well maintained, stocked with many thoughtful extras from bikes, to pool toys, to a kitchen with all the gadgets you could use. We enjoyed swimming in the heaed pool, watching golfers on the green behing the house, watching movies, grilling steaks in the backyard and chilling in the jetted garden tub. The home is clean and comfortable and we will be back!!!

  I was looking for a rental home that was affordable and accommodating and was a little reluctant to deal with an owner that was out of the country, but to my amazement this property and owners were a pleasant surprise. The home was immaculately clean and had everything we needed to make our trip memorable and not have to worry about a thing. The owners were such a pleasure to deal with as well and I had a very smooth transaction. We are so glad we stayed here and are looking forward to returning to this home again and again. I was so happy to be able to focus on enjoying time with my family we were visiting there instead of worrying about being cramped in a small hotel room and was able to have my whole family over for a get together. It was wonderful. I can't say enough. Thank You!!!!!

  We have been staying here for the past 10 years in the Spring to meet friends and enjoy golf. That we return every year, speaks for itself. The owners live round the corner and cannot do enough for you in this comfortable home. What better to relax around the pool on the West facing lenai in the late afternoon after a round of golf with a glass on wine in hand? Even though we are frequent playing members of Oak Hills Golf Club, there are many very reasonably priced golf courses in the area where we also play. Everyone here is friendly and there are lots of places to visit. Our family and grandchildren love the place and would come more often if they could. It's an ideal location for accessing the popular Florida destinations yet away from the madding crowds.

  This villa is excellent, a true home from home. It is spotlessly clean with comfortable furniture.& truely relaxing beds. Although on the edge of one of the golf course greens it is quiet & it is great to sit having a meal or round the pool watching the birds & squirrels. It's perfect. The owners have gone out of their way to make a really special holliday home. If you are lucky enough for the owners to be on site when you are there they will make you feel like one of the family. We would like to keep this location a secret, so that it is vacant for whenever we want to go but that is impossible as it is brilliant. We would definitely recommend this villa & location to anyone. Must visit, Pine Island, Homosassa Wildlife Park & Homosassa Seafood Festival (if on) There are too many places to list & to visit unless you keep returning.
