Enjoy breathtaking views right out the window of your dining area. There is a ski lift about 75 yards from the front door. In the winter, you have all of the regular winter activities in the mountains. Sol Vista Ski Area is ski-in/ski-out and Winter Park Ski area is about 20 mins away. Breckenridge and Keystone are approx. one hour and 15 mins. At Sol Vista last year adult lift tickets were $44.00 each (about half the price of the bigger resorts), and it is a very family friendly mountain. The ski-in/ski-out location of the condo means you can take off your boots and enjoy a nice relaxing lunch at home rather than in the on-mountain cafeteria.

In the summertime, Headwaters golf course is visible from the breakfast table. The main ski lift is open on weekends throughout the summer and was free in 2007. This allows for mountain biking and access to great hiking. There are also some of the best trout fishing streams and rivers within a 30 mile radius from our condo.

Rocky Mountain National Park and Grand Lake are 30 minutes away.

The condo was completely remodeled in 2007, and includes a full kitchen with granite counter tops stainless steel appliances (including a convection oven). The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need, including a crock pot, coffee pot, toaster, blender and mixer. The living area includes a very comfortable Murphy Bed and a pull out sofa bed to sleep a total of four. The Living area also includes a flat screen TV, BOSE surround sound DVD player, and a selection of movies, books and games. The living area also includes a comfortable leather recliner. There is also a dining nook so you can enjoy the views while you eat. The complex also has a pool, hot tub and sauna located directly across the street.

It was tastefully decorated, very neat, and stocked with videos, games, etc. For our skiers, the lift was just outside our door; and the lodge was around the corner. It was a perfect location for us and the kids. Working with Keith and Kris was snap. We'd certainly stay here again!
