"We stayed at Torian Plum from 12/20-12/26/2010 and had a great ski vacation. This was our family's first ski vacation and couldn't have asked for a more convenient or comfortable condo. First of all, the location is superb. Torian plum is right on the ski mountain and is truly ski in/out even for beginners. You can either walk 150 yards down a bunny trial from Torian Plum to the ski school or just put on your skis and push off. In addition to being close the ski school, there are shops and great restaurants in the shops at the base of the condo.
The unit was immaculate--clean and very well appointed. The pictures on the web site are truly reflective of what you will get. The unit is well stocked with board games and DVDs which we enjoyed thoroughly. The beds are very comfortable and we even used the sofa bed--we took the mattress and placed it directly on the floor.
The owners were also very friendly and accommodating. Towards the end of our ski trip, we decided to stay an extra day and the owners were able to accommodate our wishes. We plan to stay here next year when we return to Steamboat and would definitely recommend this unit."
TORIAN PLUM IS STEAMBOATS PREMIER SKI-IN/SKI-OUT PROPERTY. It is conveniently located right next to shops and restaurants of Ski Time Square and the Torian Plum Plaza. It is within steps to the ski hill and the new 6 person chair lift. Free ski shuttle available during winter months which is available to take you anywhere in town to get groceries or to downtown Steamboat Springs for shopping or other activities and restaurants.
Relax by the gas fireplace or in one of the 4 outdoor hot tubs, large heated outdoor pool or 2 indoor hot tubs after a day on the mountain. Enjoy the views from your private balcony with outdoor table and chairs. If you still have more energy, head down to the fitness center which offers various cardio equipment and weights. High-speed internet access is available in your condo.
This luxury 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo has a fully equipped kitchen with top quality appliances. Professionally decorated living, dining and bedrooms. There is also a gas fireplace and a large private balcony. The condominium is complete with a front loader washer and dryer, cable TV, DVD in each room, VCR, stereos and Ipod accessories for your favorite music. Private ski locker outside front door and master bathroom offers a jacuzzi tub.
Private Winter Shuttle Service- Private on -call, door-to-door winter shuttle is at your beck and call from 7 a.m.-11:00 p.m. (ski season only)
POLICIES: All reservations require a deposit of 50% percent of the total stay cost. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Damage Deposit: $250.00 damage deposit required when balance is due and will be returned after unit has been cleaned.
10% Discount on Lift Ticket Policy:
It requires minimum of 3 days skiing, kids under 12 ski free with a purchase of 5 day adult lift ticket. We would need to receive a check from you for the total amount due (the discounted lift ticket office does not accept CC) 2 weeks prior to the starting date.
There is $15 administrative fee per group (not per ticket, but for the whole group)
This unit is a NON-SMOKING UNIT. and is limited to adults and families. Sports team participants under 25 years of age or younger unaccompanied by their parents or legal guardians, are not allowed at this unit. NO PETS ALLOWED.
Cancellation policy: We will refund your entire amount paid if we can fill the same rental time and dollar amount booked. Call or email to discuss this further.

Why the Owner Chose Torian Plum
My husband and I have grown up going to Steamboat at an early age, so we decided to purchase a condo in Steamboat for family to enjoy and have another place we call HOME. We purchased this property mainly due to the location to the mountain, so our younger kids at that time could walk to the slope and come in easily for lunch. Also, the pool and hot tubs are our favorite amenities along with the great trails in the summertime to hike and bike. We love Steamboat also because it promotes the family atmosphere and is a very relaxed town and has the western heritage that we both grew up with and love.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The main benefit is the location of our condo. You are in a true ski in/ski out property. You can literally be on the slopes in 3-4 minutes from our condo to the snow. You also have the free shuttle during the winter months to enjoy your favorite restaurant or movie downtown. There are also so many restaurants right next to the condo, so you never have to have a car if you don't want one. The views of our condo are spectactular and we love the summer as much as the winter, because of the hiking trails and biking trails right out your door.

We brought in the New Year in Steamboat and truly enjoyed living in your condo. This is definately the BEST location at the resort. Thanks for providing all of your guests with a wonderful condo. We have all slept well and felt totally relaxed. Although we loved all the horses-we would have traded a horse for some fresh powder.

Thank you again for letting us have a relaxing visit to Steamboat Springs. Our friends enjoyed visiting from Castle Rock and we enjoyed the beautiful condo. We went golfing and enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi plus the wonderful weather. We did hike at the falls, drove to Clark and did the gondola. All perfect- for a great vacation.

You were correct- you gave us the best condo! We appreciate all of the considerate touches that made this condo so special-from the welcome gifts to the glove rack to warm gloves by the fireplace and the games and movies, the decor that lets us know we are not in Florida anymore, the stocked supplies and that welcoming vanilla candle scent that greets us when we open the door. It is obvious that you want repeat customers and we hope to be just that. Im so glad we found you.

We had a wonderful time in ther condo and loved the decor. My boys enjoyed counting all the horses in the condo. Beautiful view. The iphone chargers were helpful and we will definately be back!
