This 4 bedroom, 4 bath is located between Main Street and the lower base of Deer Valley (Snowpark). Walk to Main Street for dinner (only a 10 minute walk) or take a short drive to Snowpark and ski Deer Valley (2 minute drive). There is a bus stop very close to take you to the middle of Main Street and the bus transit center or Deer Valley.
5 star interior with granite throughout, travertine floors and baths, all new stainless appliances and great furnishings/linens.
Exterior was completely remodeled Summer 2008.
The condo has a small yard with a nice slope for children to sled and a open, family friendly floor plan. There is a 1 car garage with plenty of storage for skis. Summer activities include mountain biking trails from our property!
There is no hot tub on the property or in the condominium complex.
Fireplace is not in working order.
We have a 3 bed / 3 bath available next door and offer discounts for renting both. We have a Marriott Mountainside (ski-in/ski-out) available Christmas week. AND, a 3 bed 3 bath house that is across the street from The Canyons. Email me for more information.
