  I was only able to stay at the Condo for a few days but the days I was there were very comfortable. Kitchen had all the utensils I /We needed, Plenty of towels, sheets, and all other items you would typically have at home. It was very clean inside and plenty big enough with 4 bedrooms and 4 full baths. Garage is only one car but there is a spot on the side for another so it wasnt a big deal. The driveway is a little tricky as it is almost a hairpin turn from the road but once you get used to that its hardly noticable. The Location is close enough to downtown to walk and only a 5-10 minute drive to any of the big 3 mountain resorts. For food I would reccomend a few places such as YUKI ARASHI on Main st for Japanese Cuisine or Maxwells East Coast Eatery a little outside of downtown for pizza and 8oz meatballs. I absolutely recommend this place to freinds and family will absolutely stay there again. Make sure you keep your eye on trash and recyling day too.

  6 of us, a mix of couples and singles, took a risk and decided to rent a condo vs. a hotel. Man, are we glad we did. Or maybe we just got lucky. This place is spacious, walking distance to the shops and restaurants of main street...and the best part: 2 mins from Deer Valley, 6 from Park City, and probably 10 from the Canyons. Perfect location, clean, and the landlord/owner was super easy to deal with. Def highly recommend.

  This is the second year in a row I rented this property with some friends for an extended weekend trip. Upon arriving, I was pleasantly surprised at how close the condo is to downtown and this year also discovered that there is a bus at the end of the street that heads right into town. Clearly last year I didn't realize just how close we were - likely because most of the time was spent skiing or exploring the area. Snow was fantastic this year - it didn't stop snowing while we were out there. We hit Park City and Deer Valley - Deer Valley was my preference out of the two. The condo continues to be in great condition and provided exactly what we were looking for. When we arrived there were some new pots and pans that were still in their wrapping that we used for cooking. It's nice to see that attention to detail. Found some great restaurants close by too - Yuki Arashi is a great sushi place we found right downtown that I would recommend. Everything we had was amazing - The beef tataki appetizer was amazing and totally worth it! Hoping to make it 3 in a row next year if I can't coax some friends out there again with me before the end of the ski season.

  We rented this condo last weekend for a family get together. The location is perfect, it is an easy walk to Main Street or up to the trails and ponds of lower Deer Valley. The unit has been very nicely updated, the furnishings were great. There was plenty of space for our group. I would definitely recommend the unit, the listing description and photos accurately represent the property, and it was clean and well maintained. We had the king bedroom and it was very comfortable, with a fantastic shower! There are lots of great restaurants in the area, some of our favorites are Shabu, Silver, and El Chubasco.

  I stayed here with a couple of friends last December for a few days of skiing. The photos really don't do the condo justice with all of the space and comfort you have access to. It was very clean and very well maintained. The place has a garage too which is a great feature since you don't have to take the skis out of the car at the end of the day. The kitchen is really functional and well stocked, but we only ate there for breakfast. The condo is close to town and the mountains which made it perfect for hitting a variety of the mountains as well as hitting town post apre ski for some dinner. The 3 bedrooms upstairs are a great size and the beds are really comfortable (I was in the twin room solo and pushed the bed together to make a king). In addition to the master suite, there is another bathroom on the floor to accommodate the other two rooms. It was really helpful having a full bathroom on the main floor as well since everyone was usually trying to get ready at the same time. The lower level bedroom/bathroom definitely offered privacy and a patio you could walk out on to. I would love to come back here outside of ski season to take advantage of the deck and patio with a grill. You have some great views from the deck on the main floor. Overall I would definitely recommend staying here to friends and I plan to stay here again this upcoming ski season.

  Our family of 7 did our first trip to the PC area this past ski season and couldn't have been happier. Top notch skiing at each of the three resorts in the valley, all within a very short drive from this property. Each resort has something unique to offer and having a central location like this was great for not only the skiing/boarding, but the night life and non outdoor activities the area has to offer as well. The condo was very clean, updated, spacious, and well represented by the photos on VRBO. It definitely surpassed our expectations! We have had some not so similar experiences w/outdated photos on other properties that must have been taken years before. The 4th bedroon located on the ground level was great for our teenagers as they had their own space away from their younger siblings and parents. A nice little escape for them and us :) I would highly recommend the PC area if you are looking for everything a ski area should offer. We plan on making this a yearly trip and will continue to book this property if available. Awesome experience!!

  Our family needed 7 bedrooms for a wedding and we used this condo and the one next door (3 bedrooms) and we could not be happier. Both condos were well appointed and far cheaper than a comparable 7 bedroom home and probably more convenient with 2 living rooms and 2 kitchens. The adults stayed in one unit and the kids in the other and it was very peaceful for everyone. You can walk to Deer Valley Resort as well as Main St. and it's also on the free bus route to anywhere in Park City. We have already booked them both for this ski season and we can't wait to get back to this beautiful town!
