Why the Owner Chose Cannes

The Unique Benefits of this Apartment
You are very close to the Palais, just off the Rue d'Antibes and very close to the Croisette. The area close to the apartment has a wealth of lovely restaurants and great bars with lovely hors d'oevres..The apartment is situated to the rear of the building overlooking a courtyard and so is very quiet at night. So, you have the benefits of being in the centre of Cannes and yet can experience quiet nights!!
