This custom built 4000 square foot home is located on Zippel Bay. The bay leads to Lake of the Woods which boasts 14000 plus islands and 65000 miles of shoreline. The lake is world renowned for its walleye, pike, muskie, small-mouth bass and other species of fresh water game fish. The property is near Zippel Bay state park that has miles of hiking trails and wonderful swimming beaches. The Winter season provides us with great snowmobiling, hunting and fishing. Hunting and fishing are available year round. Small boat rental is available as well as fully guided fishing, hunting and snowmobiling trips.
This home has many unique features, master king ground floor, two large bedrooms upstairs with a log queen and bunk beds in one room and bunk beds in the other. The third bedroom has a queen bed. There is a 10 foot x 42 foot bonus room above the garage that has six twin beds with a private entrance through the garage. This room can be accessed from the up stairs as well.
The master has a walk in shower, six foot tub and two sinks. There is a half bath downstairs for the main house. The garage has a handicap bathroom with shower and the upstairs bathroom has a four foot shower.
The house has an open floor plan and a loft over looking the bay. Relax in the surroundings of Zippel Bay. Sit by the see through fire place in the Winter or in the sun room surrounded by open windows in the Summer.
