  The condo was perfect! It was very spacious, the pictures do not do it justice at all. There was plenty of room for 6 people to function and sleep. We used the condo for a mini vacation for a group of guys and girls in their 20s. The condo was perfect since we were out until the clubs closed so we didn't mind the noise of the Level 5 bar. It was the perfect location for us to walk everywhere we wanted to go since we flew into town and did not have a car. There are so many great local places to eat and lots of things to do within walking distance of the condo. The owner was also very nice and very easy to work with. This is a great place to stay for a great price and it is by far in the best location in downtown Wilmington! I can't wait to visit again! :)

  The condo itself is amazing! The pictures do not give it justification! A lot bigger then we had expected! Also there are 2 bathrooms, one with a tub/shower and then 2nd has a shower! The owner is wonderful and very helpful and very easy to communicate with. The owner also provides basically everything you need! All you need to do it bring your clothes and some food and you are good to go! If you don't want to do any driving, a great location! In the middle of everything! Parking is across the street in the parking garage, so that made it very easy too! Any complaints that we have, are not with the condo itself! Condo AMAZING!!!! Now with the location, we knew there was a club above us. We expected the noise from the club but that isn't what we really got! We expected to hear the music all night which was fine with us but what we heard instead were all the drunks standing outside our door all night long! If the elevator is broken, which most of the time it is, the club goers have to use the stairs. They go up 5 flights and you are on the 4th.... To catch their breaths...they stand out there being so loud and drunk and then when the party is over, they wait on their friends to come down. They again stand in front of the door being loud and drunk and some bang on the door! The cliental of the club is young 20's. We didn't expect that... so if you are going to be partying all night, PERFECT for you but if you are doing a romantic getaway or have kids... not at all for you!

  Owner response: Thanks Megan. If there is one review I hope people read it is this one. I try to tell everyone about the noise. When someone says they think maybe it will be ok, I let them know if they have any doubts it is not for them. Hopefully some day the bar will not cause this much disturbance in the building - but until then this rental is best for people who plan to be out in it - or sleep really solidly.

  I loved it. I enjoyed being able to hear all the action going on outside and not really having to go anywhere!! I would stay here again! Great place, nice funiture, and great kitchen! Thank's bunches!! :)

  My 3 girl friends and I stayed her for a girls weekend and it was great. The condo itself is spacious, clean and perfectly located right in the center of downtown Wilmington. We parked our car in the garage across the street and never had to use it again. We were in walking distance to everything there is to do in Wilmington. The noise from the nightclub upstairs was loud from about 9 pm until closing time, but since me and my friends were AT the nightclub, it did not bother us ONE BIT ;). I would highly recommend this Condo for younger folks and couples, not so much for families, especially over weekends. I would definately stay here again. The owner was GREAT and was SO nice about being roused from his bed early Sunday morning when we locked ourselves out :).

  Recommended for: Girls getaway.

  The apartment was perfect for our needs. It was for 2. Me and my friend. It was very big for the price and was very close to everywhere we needed to be. We didn't use the computer or wireless internet so we can't comment on that but everything was amazing. I would def recommend this for others. It can be loud on the weekends, but we're in our late teens/early 20s so it wasn't a problem.

  This condo was perfect! I travelled with 6 people in total and we all fit comfortably (if you can handle sleeping on a pull-out or futon! There's one queen bed) The condo was much more spacious than we expected and had everything we needed and more! Perfect location for some out-of-towners looking to have fun downtown. The owners are great and very helpful and easy to contact! I'd really recommend staying here whether you're a couple looking for a fun weekend away or a group of friends who want to save on hotel costs.

  Condo was in an ideal location for our family.  It was much more spacious and comfortable than an equivalently priced hotel suite where we usually stay. I think this unit is best suited for someone who likes to be close to the bars and music of Front Street, with the accompanying excitement and noise.  It was a little too loud in the evening for our young children.  I think teenagers would be fine.

  Just spent a week here. The unit is clean and spacious. If you want to be right in the middle of all the action, downtown, this is the place to be. The unit is only one floor down from a very popular night spot that hosts beautiful views of the city and late night dancing. Shopping, restaurants and other nightlife/entertainment all are within walking distance of the unit. Wrightsville beach is only a short drive away. The owners were very accommodating and easy to work with.

  I stayed here w/2 friends celebrating a 40th birhday. It was a beautiful loft apartment and very spacious. The location was PERFECT!! We stayed on a Friday and Saturday, so it was a little loud, but easily overlooked. It is THE place to stay if you want to visit the clubs and fine dining offered in the downtown area. We kept our car parked all weekend and were able to walk everywhere. My friends are already asking when we can go back!

  Awesome place to stay and the owners are great - extremely helpful and very flexible. One big plus for me is that they have rental agreements (which several other wilmington owners don't and not having an agreement is sketchy) and the whole process is very professional. If you are looking for a good location, great price, and excellent accomodations you cant beat this condo. I highly recommend this rental.
