WE found our accomadations great. They are central to grocery stores, Malls & enterntainment for the family. Taking a drive around Tampa is awesome. the buildings, homes etc. are beautiful. We enjoy "getting lost" in a city we are visiting as one never knows what you can find. Our granddaughter enjoyed tanning at the pool even though it is December. As we were close to St. Petersbourgh, spent a day enjoying the sights in this area.Then a day in Orlando which is a sight to behold. The only wish we have is that we should have spent 2 weks in Tampa. Next time.

I'd like dealing with Cody, he's very nice guy. I had been stayed for one month with my family. The complex has very nice view and nice amenitie, however, this condo needs lot of maintenance. The A/C wasn't cooling, just air is blowing. My father was stack at the bathroom for hours because of bathroom's broken handle. allover, the condo needs lots of maintenance.
Owner response:Thanks for your feedback Ammar and it was nice dealing with you as well. The A/C problem was corrected and fixed within 3 hrs as one of your children had turned the thermostat to 50 degrees which caused the unit to freeze up over night but none the less we corrected that problem and at our own expense since it was an accident. Your father wasn't stuck inside the bathroom, someone had locked the bathroom door and then shut the door therefore locking himself out of the bathroom, not inside the bathroom as you portrayed, so we had to send a locksmith to unlock the door and we took care of that at our own expense as well. All of these problems could have been easily avoided with proper child supervision!

My family and I used J Powell Enterprises during a recent PCS (military) move. Our experience could not have been better. We rented a very nicely furnished 3 bedroom condo at Crosswyndes for a total of 45 days. I would highly recommend Cody at J Powell for anyone looking for a short or long term stay while awaiting housing.
