The home over looks the lake and is on the 15th hole of the perfectly groomed private Arnold Palmer golf course. This home is on a corner lot with only one neighbor and is very private. The home faces North and gets lots of sun for those who want it as well as shade from the patio overhang. The home is situated behind the golf tee box with no golf carts coming by the house and no balls being hit towards the yard.

All bedrooms have their own private baths- All Beds in the home are 1 years old and top of the line to offer a restful nights sleep. This house is spectacular with a great location near many restaurants, great golf and great spas. The pictures/descriptions on the website are accurate - the house is spacious, nicely furnished, clean. The infinity pool is great. I have rented many houses in the Palm Springs area and this house is at the top of the list. I will definitely try and stay at this house again when I head back out to the desert.

  • This home is spacious and nicely situated in the neighborhood. It feels private and with the pool table and great shallow section in the pool there is little need to leave the home. There is a great selection of DVDs to suit a variety of interests and it comfortably accommodates a good size group. We spent a "girls week" at the home 6 teens + 1 adult and there was plenty of room to spread out, yet be together. Beautiful. Surprisingly nice breeze for July. Comfortable, simple styling that is very relaxing.
