  This was a lovely condo. Beautiful, fully furnished, everything was well maintained, close to everything, wonderful location. Came with everything we needed. Jim and Nancy provided great service assuring we had everything. I had been to Acapulco many times, but never enjoyed a stay as much as here. Will definitely recommended to everyone. Next time we visit Acapulco we will definitely stay here, do not know why other people prefer hotels over this beautiful condo! Thank you Jim and Nancy Lovely photos and beautiful family!   I went to Acapulco towards the end of Semana Santa (Holy Week), which is arguably one of the biggest holiday weeks in Mexico. We were a group of 4 and were totally comfortable. One bedroom and the sofa bed was perfect. The price couldn't be beat since hotels were charging triple what the owners charged. The building is in a super central location and has a very upscale and exclusive look to the lobby. The apartment was absolutely spotless, comfortable, and really well equipped. It felt like an apartment that was usually lived in and happened to be lent to us for a weekend. The two balconies on a high floor in the building were a nice touch with totally unobstructed views of the pool area and beach. The high floor also made way to a great breeze that made the air conditioners irrelevant (we didn't turn them on once). Given the crowds in Acapulco during this time, it was absolutely key to have a private pool and beach where we wouldn't be fighting for chairs and sand-space. We went to the pool everyday at different hours and never had issues finding space. For beach time, we made good use of the tent showed in the pic. Totally convenient and the guys from the building put it up and down during one's stay. I'm a golfer, so I was excited to see that a public course with inexpensive green fees was across the street. All in all, the stay was beyond pleasant and I would recommend this rental to my mom and dad if they ever went to Acapulco. The owner is an absolute gentleman and goes beyond what's normal to ensure a positive experience.

  My boyfriend and I have stayed in this condo twice for 14-16 days each time.. very reasonable rates for the awesome condo it is. Velero y Galeon is a very well maintained building.. the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The condo is so beautiful with everything you need, and the pool and beach area are amazing. Beautiful sunsets you won't want to miss!! La Playita restaurant/bar is right next door with amazing food.. as well as the Malibu.. Everything you need is at your fingertips. Definitely a home away from home. and we will be back!! You won't regret booking this place for your vacation in Acapulco.

  From the beginning, the description in the listing of the location of this Condo was "right on"...Starting with the Beautiful Lobby on the 'Costera'...(the main Boulevard of Acapulco)... with great access to cabs, buses, nearby restaurants, and shopping...with the Condo's Dedicated Beach on Acapulco Bay, a few steps past the Building's Twin Olympic-size Pools. The photos in this listing do a good job of reflecting the beauty of the place, great maintenance of the Public Areas and the Huenings' Condo itself, but seeing these areas in person made us realize that we've never experienced such impeccable cleanliness and attention to maintenance detail...both in the Public Areas, and in the Condo itiself. Jim and Nancy...the owners...could not have been more gracious and helpful in assuring our comfort, starting with a great guide to Restaurants and Shopping, which they provided in response to our first e-mail. Then there was the follw-up after our Booking.... re-checking to see that everything was in order, and if they could help in any way. The "24/7" Reception and Bell Staff at Velero y Galeon further assured our comfort and enjoyment, helping with restaurant reservations and recommendations on Points of Interest. Pampering continued throughout our stay, with the maid taking care of all the domestic "chores". We particularly enjoyed our Individual Hi-Speed Internet Connection within. the Condo, and the Building's High Speed Internet Connection at the Pool and in the Lobby. In the Condo, 95 Channel Digital Cable TV Channels on the Hi-Definition Sony TV, plus 50 Music Channels, provided some great entertainment . The best summary we can provide is that we would highly reccommend this Condo to our relatives and friends...or anyone else.

  This condo was absolutely what we were looking for. The rate is VERY reasonable and the included amenities are above what I have had in 5 star resorts. My wife and I love to eat out local so a private condo appeals to us over the all inclusive option. Breakfast on the balcony overlooking the beach and beautiful scenery is dramatic. The location is in the middle of town. We walked a ton and had everything in our reach. You cannot go wrong with this condo and location.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway.

  It was great to deal with Jim. The process to rent the condo was very smooth. The condo is in a property where the management is very professional. This is going to the first option when I go back to Acapulco
