Upon entering you are greeted by shiny marble floors, a world class open entertainment kitchen and a tropical view of the lush private pool area. A massive wood burning fireplace and a baby grand piano add to the living room ambiance.
The sun filled Florida room with its two sofas,large arm chairs, a wall mounted plasma and the huge antique coffee table invites you to sit down, relax and do your favorite thing.
The master bedroom features a sitting area, a dual sink bath room with rain shower, a jetted tub for two, and a colossal walk-in closet for the not-so-light traveler. Another bathroom features double shower and wall jets.
There is plenty of seating for large groups. The gourmet kitchen, wine cooler, 4 ovens, gas stove, 2 refrigerators, and coffee station is a professional chefs dream. It also has an outside kitchen with refrigerator, sink, hot and cold water, granite and marble counter and a large grill. Enjoy a state of the art work out gym, a game room with a ping-pong table, dart board, an outside pool with slide, and a basketball hoop.
The over sized crystal clear pool and the hammock for two in a totally private tropical setting let you get away from it all. Take a dip into the pool and enjoy the refrigerated towels to dry off.
For your convenience we have daily maid service, a private chef, and in house massage available when requested.
Miami Shores is an old established upscale neighborhood, centrally located to many famous Miami attractions. You can fly into MIA or Fort Lauderdale. South Beach is 15 minutes away. Miami is home to Sea Aquarium, Parrot Jungle, Monkey Jungle, Miami Zoo, Indian Villages, the Opera House, Museums, the Art and Design District and many outlet malls. Within minutes you are in historic Coconut Grove and Key Biscayne. The Florida Keys are about 1 hour away. We have many churches in our community and the beach (Bal Harbour) is 15 minutes away. Coral Gables and Aventura is just a short drive away.
This home is bright, cheerful and maintained by it's owner.It is constantly upgraded and perfectly maintained.It has hosted several weddings, celebrities and reunions.

Why the Owner Chose Miami
While working on cruise lines I was based often out of Miami. I begun to love the city and once I left the Cruise lines I decided to make Miami my permanent home. Miami Shores is one of several upscale pockets in Miami. Great neighborhood atmosphere and a save place. Most streets have sidewalks and are tree lined with old oaks and banyan trees. people are out walking till well after midnight.
The Unique Benefits at this House
The open layout and its huge chefs kitchen make it a perfect home for entertaining. Several families can stay there and have their own space. The home has a welcome feeling to it. We have never had anybody unhappy thus far.
