This nearly 4,000 sqft semi-custom home is fabulous for entertaining or just kicking back, relaxing, and having the vacation of a lifetime! All the details have been carefully thought out...from the robust dining room featuring a King's style round table for 10, dual shower in the Master, fully finished basement, the backyard mecca for party enthusiasts, the custom outdoor hot tub featuring the full-body jet well, to the view of the gorgeous Palm Valley golf course. It's ALL here!

The backyard is equipped with a professionally installed mister system which provides for a fabulous cooling from the hot Arizona sun. Pumping in the music or favorite sports game from the TV is no problem with the patio and rock speakers which are tied to the Great room entertainment center. There is plenty of space to hang out and visit while the BBQ Master of your group uses the stainless steel Jenn-Air grill to serve up some kabobs or steaks! Outdoor grill area includes a seating area for 10 as well as plenty of countertop, a sink, refrigerator, side burner, and shade umbrella. Or if you'd rather just be alone and read a book or nap, then you may choose to curl up on the patio sofa. This backyard is a one-of-a-kind that will make any vacation a smashing success!

Indoors, this decked out home has a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator and pantry. There is a Fry's, Safeway, Albertsons, Super Walmart, Neighborhood Walmart, Costco, Sam's Club, Walgreens, and CVS Pharmacy close by, so anything you need is minutes from the home.

Unique to most Arizona homes is the fully furnished apartment-like 1000 sqft basement. This has a separate living area with Dish TV for those who may want to catch a movie without being in the bustle of the upstairs activities.

The Master bedroom suite has a royal-like king sized bed alongside a master retreat affording added space and privacy. The luxurious master bath includes a dual shower, oversized tub, and separate his & her sinks.

There is internet accessibility just in case you need to check emails or look up attractions and map locations online. If you have a laptop, there is also WiFi capabilities.

Other amenities include: 60" flatscreen DLP TV in Great Room, 50" Plasma in the basement, 32" flatscreen in one of the guest bedrooms, and a 40" in the Master. Whole-house & outdoor intercom system which includes AM/FM stereo and monitor, gorgeous 700 sqft courtyard, Xlarge capacity front-loading washer, Maytag dryer with upper drying cabinet.

Sporting events taking place nearby include the NASCAR races in April and November at Phx Int'l Raceway (10 min), NHL games at the Glendale "Jobing,com" Arena (15 min), Arizona Cardinals and Fiesta Bowl/BCS games (15 min), Cricket Pavilion (15 min). Old West activities are throughout the valley including Superstition Mtn area, Black Canyon City, or take a day trip to Tucson or Sedona.

  • This is a perfect place to stay in the Western Suburbs of Phoenix. The house is beautiful and very well maintained. The house feels like your own and it is very close to restaurants and shopping. My girlfriend and I stayed here and loved it. We walked to the restaurants several times during our stay. It is also great for four golfers on a trip. My foursome loved it. It is the best house we have stayed and we have been doing golf trips for 15 years. The house is big and the four bedrooms are great for a foursome. If you are looking for a vacation house in this area, this is it.

  • This was a beautiful place to take our vacation! Very spacious, and oh so comfortable! Lot's of places to spend time together (play cards, games, cook, watch TV etc..),or sneak off to hibernate! The spool is great, big enough for everyone, and the jets are great. We loved it and would definetely do it again!

  • Santi and Tammy's vacation home is in a ideal location, close to stores and right on a golf course, which is ideal weather you like golf or not because the view, will no words can describe how beautiful it is. The accommodations are stunning and if you have a few family or friends that will join you, this home will accommodate quit a few people. The kitchen is fabulous, my husband and I cooked for several people in this kitchen and the counter space is enormous. I also baked cakes here and the ovens and counters are more than adequate for any occasion. I would recommend this vacation get away to anyone.

  • Your home is magnificent! We felt so "at home" - but with the added bonus of lots of luxury and a get-away from the kids and stresses of "normal life"! Your home offered all that we needed in the way of ammenities, space, relaxation, luxury and comfort. And we really benefited from the proximity to everything - church, shopping, dining, sporting activities (whether you're a spectator or participant) - it is all right around the corner! The backyard - with the "spool", gorgeous views of the golf course and mountains, relaxing (mist-cooled) patio, and outdoor kitchen - cannot be beat! Thanks for everything! We will definitely be back!
