This house was perfect for our group. We felt welcomed immediately with the welcome basket. The house is very spacious. The house is very clean. The kitchen was great. The backyard is so relaxing. The spool works and was a great way to end each day. I would rent this home again and would highly recommend to anyone.

Tammy & Santiago, thank you so much for your warm hospitality! The house is so much more than what you can take in from the pictures. A full 16 days makes a person feel, at home when you are away that long. Know that the baseball guys enjoyed all of the electronic options the house provided. The chefs in the group loved the cooking amenities, including the stocked spice cabinet, quality cookware, and pantry with all of its goodies. We ladies (the very few of us that there were) enjoyed the views, the spool, and the option to steal away a quiet moment here and there, in the same house the noisy boys were in! The first week of baseball boys got the welcome basket of goodies, which were enjoyed by each of them, wine going first! Please know all of the personal touches were wonderful and the story of your family peeking around each corner, made the property feel welcome and delightfully lived in. The ease of working with both of you was wonderful. Thank you for embracing our texts, as our schedule didn't leave a lot of chatting time or quiet time to catch up. We appreciated your concern as the dust storm approached, nice to know you’re being looked out for! Nonetheless the back patio was perfect for watching it "blow in", for any of you weather watchers. Truly this property offered all that we needed and then some. It was great for entertaining and having the rest of the team meet up with us for a meal or two all together. There was no lack of space for everyone to stretch out and enjoy themselves, after a few challenging baseball games. We look forward to seeing you next year. Awesome House To Rent!!!!!!!

Your home was everything we expected and more Tammy. I didn't want to leave and thought you might let me stay there for the rest of my life. My mom was also very impressed and happy that it all worked out. There were a few problems with who got the master bedroom as it was amazing. No arguments but it was hard to decide who was the lucky one to get it. My sister and her husband stayed in it one night and the rest was spent with my brother and his girlfriend. I stayed in the bedroom downstairs and loved it. As a matter of fact, all the bedrooms were awesome and you have a very beautiful home!!! The bed was so comfortable that I didn't want to get up. Slept like a rock and I haven't done that in a very long time. My husband and I decided that we need to get a King size bed now. LOL. My mom was already discussing having another family get together in your home and coming from her is a compliment in itself. We all enjoyed our stay and felt like we were vacationing in luxury!!! So much space for all 11 of us. The huge table was just perfect for our family Christmas dinner and it was really nice to be able to all sit together as our homes do not have the space. I'm so happy we found your home to celebrate and the Christmas decorations and surprise gifts were very thoughtful. You really out did yourself!! We left our comments in your book as well as filled out the paper you left us to make suggestions etc. I will also post our experience on the website you provided below as I would highly recommend your vacation home to anyone interested in staying in Goodyear/Phoenix area. My husband wants to purchase a home in Goodyear sometime when we retire. He was very impressed with Arizona and I'm sure the huge selection of golfing was number one on his list. The only thing we were unable to do while visiting was see the Grand Canyon and Sedona as the weather was very cold and it would be better to see it when it's warmer. Will do that another time as I'm sure we'll be back.

NHL, NFL and Golf - outstanding weekend.

We stayed at this beautiful home while visitng to see NFL football, NHL hockey and play golf. House is outstanding! Lots of room, very clean, better than the photos. Great patio, spa/pool, lots of room inside and an ideal location. 10 min to Cardinal Stadium. Tammy was great! Can't say enough about her. She answered every email promptly. The first night we couldn't get the spa working and she actually came to the house and turned it on for us. Will definitely stay here again. Curtis and the gang from Canada.

men's adult baseball world series trip 2010

every october i travel with my baseball team to arizona for our leagues world series. this is my 7th trip to the phoenix area and we have stayed at a number of places (condos, homes and hotels). i organize the travel plans for part of the team and this year we had 7 adults staying at this property. we found it to be very spacious and user friendly. i have nothing but positive things to say about our stay. tammy, the owner, was easy to communicate with and very helpful. the best compliment i can give is we have every intention of staying here for the next trip in 2011.

What a comfortable and majestic home. Our group of 8 couldn't have been more comfortable. The home is spacious enough for privacy but warm enough to make you feel like family. Everything we needed was available to us from grilling our own meals to relaxing in the spa/pool or sitting around the firepit table! It was a remarkable stay. We enjoyed beautiful golf courses at such reasonable prices and great shopping! This is not your ordinary vacation home and we loved it! All of us are looking forward to another vacation in Goodyear and in your home.

The home was perfect for our family. The kitchen was easy to use and open. To the side of the large living room, an extra large round table draws people to gather to eat or play board games. The downstairs is perfect for kids to hang out while the adults entertain upstairs. There are two patios with the back patio looking out to the golf course. The back patio is relaxing because you are not staring at a wall or fence. The owners responded quickly and professionally to my questions. Renting from them was a pleasure

This is a perfect place to stay in the Western Suburbs of Phoenix. The house is beautiful and very well maintained. The house feels like your own and it is very close to restaurants and shopping. My girlfriend and I stayed here and loved it. We walked to the restaurants several times during our stay. It is also great for four golfers on a trip. My foursome loved it. It is the best house we have stayed and we have been doing golf trips for 15 years. The house is big and the four bedrooms are great for a foursome. If you are looking for a vacation house in this area, this is it.

This was a beautiful place to take our vacation! Very spacious, and oh so comfortable! Lot's of places to spend time together (play cards, games, cook, watch TV etc..),or sneak off to hibernate! The spool is great, big enough for everyone, and the jets are great. We loved it and would definetely do it again!

Santi and Tammy's vacation home is in a ideal location, close to stores and right on a golf course, which is ideal weather you like golf or not because the view, will no words can describe how beautiful it is. The accommodations are stunning and if you have a few family or friends that will join you, this home will accommodate quit a few people. The kitchen is fabulous, my husband and I cooked for several people in this kitchen and the counter space is enormous. I also baked cakes here and the ovens and counters are more than adequate for any occasion. I would recommend this vacation get away to anyone.

Your home is magnificent! We felt so "at home" - but with the added bonus of lots of luxury and a get-away from the kids and stresses of "normal life"! Your home offered all that we needed in the way of ammenities, space, relaxation, luxury and comfort. And we really benefited from the proximity to everything - church, shopping, dining, sporting activities (whether you're a spectator or participant) - it is all right around the corner! The backyard - with the "spool", gorgeous views of the golf course and mountains, relaxing (mist-cooled) patio, and outdoor kitchen - cannot be beat! Thanks for everything! We will definitely be back!
