Blue Heaven is located in a private neighborhood, away from the highway and the towns, but centrally located to many area attractions. Yachats, "the gem of the Oregon Coast", is 3 miles south and is known for casual and elegant dining, live music, art galleries and shops. Waldport, 5 miles north has the Alsea Bay, fishing, crabbing, boat rentals, a flea market and shopping. Within a 25 mile radius you can visit: Historic 804 Trail, Cape Perpetua, Devils Churn, Sea Lion Caves, Florence, Newport, Oregon Coast Aquarium, Hatfield Science Center, many day use parks and more.

High Season:May15th-Oct15th & holidays $225/nt 3 nt minimum .. $1505/wk
Low Season: Oct16th-May14th (excludes holidays) $205/nt 2 nt minimum .. $1435/wk
Add $40 processing fee to total rent, $100.00 refundable security
deposit, to these rates. PETS- $10 per pet per night.
One nt deposit to hold with remainder due 10 nts prior to arrival.
When we receive final payment we mail you a check in packet.
