"Azucena" is located just a 5 minute walk from the center of town, "the Town Square" in Cabo 3 short blocks to the Marina. The complex is located inside the Pedregal which is a gated community of mostly homes. Because of where our complex is located, it's quiet all the time, durring the day and at night, no street or beach vendors here, we have no sounds of Cabo's night life which goes on all night! Our pool area and inside or outside our casa is quiet and peaceful. This is unique about our location and area. The Andalaya complex has 20 units, only a few are rent to vacationers, most of the owners live out of the area and use there casa occaisionally. It's a great location being that it's so quiet yet so close to walk to all the action in town and the Marina. There is a fantastic pool with a big jacuzzi, lots of shade, and plenty of lounges and chairs to relax in the sun or shade. There is a BBQ near the pool and a big shade Palapa, there are 4 smaller private shade palapas around the pool, two with hammocks. Azucena has a private back yard with both sun and shade. There is also a quality gas BBQ there as well. The cottage is single story building with about 1,600 sq ft of interior space, there are no walls attached to another unit, its a cottage all by it's self, no one over you or under you, providing you lots of privacy. Azucena has central air conditioning that cools the casa when needed. The entire interior was redone in 2007. Everything is new, stove and oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and microwave oven, all kitchen stuff, flat screen TV, Dish Network system, VCR and DVD, and all the furnishings, two high quality king size beds, bedding, and linens for the beds and to make the sofa bed up as well. I have provided 2 quality surf fishing poles and spinning reels along with casting lures and tackle. The private beach in the Pedregal has some of the best surf fishing in Cabo, try it. Each morning and evening just before dark you will find people fishing at that beach, it's fantastic fishing and it's free. If you haven't surf fished, the other guys on the beach are happy to show you what to do, go for it. Our place rents for less than most hotels but you get so much more. In a day or so you feel like Azucena is your own place!

Why the Owner Chose Pedregal
It's close to the Marina and most everything else in Cabo, there is no need to rent a car, if you want to go to any beach, take a water taxi from the marina, a water taxi is small ponga boat it can hold 10+ people, for about $5.00 you can be droped on almost any beach.
The Unique Benefits of this Cottage
This is a 1,600 square foot cottage with no attached walls to any other unit, there is a small court yard in the front of my place and a large patio yard in the back, the privacy is great. The pool is next to the back yard but at a higher level so there is privacy from the action in the pool. The pool has sun and shade to enjoy the day. Cabo is fantastic.
