I will arrange for your ride to my casa from the airport and your return to the airport when your ready. My casa Azucena is in a complex called Andalaya. Andalaya is inside the gated community called Pedregal. My unit Azucena is located about a 7 minute walk from the center of town. The Town Square is 5 blocks away and you can walk to the Marina in about 4 minutes. The Pedregal is a walled and gated community of mostly high end homes. Because of the location and 24 hour security it is quiet all the time, both during the day and at night. No street or beach vendors can enter the Pedregal only owners, guests and authorized workers can enter the Pedregal community. There are no sounds of Cabo's night life only quiet and a star filled sky at night! Our pool area, the inside as well as outside our home is quiet and peaceful. This is unique about our location and setting, that is why I purchased there about 10 years ago. The Andalaya complex has 20 units, only a two owners rent to vacationers, most of the owners live in the US and use there Casa only a few times a year, that said the pool and entire area is quiet and mostly unused. I can't say enough about our great location being that it's so quiet yet so close to walk to all the action in town, the marina and beach. High speed Wi-Fi internet is throughout the complex, inside my unit, in the back yard and around the pool, there is also phone service including long distance all you need is your laptop computer and your set, no additional cost, it's included. There is a fantastic heated pool with a large jacuzzi room for about 10, lots of shade, and plenty of lounges and chairs to relax on in the sun or shade. There is a BBQ near the pool and a huge shade palapa furnished like a living room, quality couches and chairs to enjoy the shade and relax on. There are 4 smaller private shade palapas round the pool, two with hammocks. My unit Azucena has a private back yard with both sun and shade and complete privacy. There is also a gas BBQ there as well, along with lounge chairs and a table and chairs and a beautiful tile counter work area. My cottage is a single story cottage, about 1,600 sq ft of interior space, there are no walls attached to another unit, its a cottage all by it's self, no one over you or under you. Azucena has central air conditioning that cools our casa when needed. The entire interior was redone in 2009. Everything was replaced the stove and oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave oven, all kitchen equipment, flat screen TV, Dish Network system, VCR and DVD player, all the furnishings, the tile floors, kitchen counter. Both bathrooms were completely re-tiled the floors the counters all four walls both showers and all fixtures were replaced. Two high quality US king size beds, real king beds not short ones that are usual in Mexico, bedding, linens and pillows for the beds and sofa bed are new as well. I have provided 4 high quality surf fishing poles and spinning reels along with all the casting lures and tackle you need to surf fish. The private beach in the Pedregal has some of the best surf fishing in Cabo. Each morning at dawn and evening you will find people fishing at the beach, it's fantastic fishing and it's free. If you haven't fished off the beach, the other fishermen on the beach will be happy to show you what to do. Fishermen love to give advice about fishing. There are also 4 sets of US Divers snorkel gear to use to snorkel off the beach, 2 Boogie boards and a 2 person ocean going kayak with safety gear. Nothing to rent, just come and have fun. The kids can have there fun with all the beach stuff, toys, coolers, umbrellas, beach chairs, the works. We rent our place for less than most other units or comparable hotel rooms but you get so much more, Azucena is like your own private home. In a day or two you feel like Azucena is your own 2nd home in Cabo!

All the kid and adult stuff you will ever need to spend the day on the beach, from umbrellas to chairs to coolers to kids stuff. Just come, enjoy, all the stuff is there!

Why the Owner Chose Pedregal
Azucena is located in the Pedregal which is close to the Marina and most restaurants in Cabo. You can walk to many of the best beaches in the area. There is no need to have a car. No unauthorized people are allowed into the Pedregal where Azucena is located. Pedregal is a secure gated community, well known in Cabo for the quality homes and the stone streets.The private Pedregal beach is the one of the best beaches in Baja.
The Unique Benefits at this Cottage
Azucena is 1,600 square feet of interior space, both bedrooms are large, the bathrooms are huge. It's a cottage with no attached walls to any other unit, so no one is over or under you. There is a private court yard in the front and a large private patio yard in the back off the living room, dining room and master bedroom. The privacy is great. The pool is close to the back yard but on the other side of a 8 foot high rock wall so there is privacy from the pool and the people relaxing around the pool. The pool and spa are heated and the entire area has both sun and shade to enjoy the day. Cabo is where I want to spend time, a lot of time!
My unit is a one level unit on the ground level with no one over or under me. Just a short walk to the Marina, beaches and most of town.
