Enjoy Casa Swift at Sea River Tower, at the Holiday Inn in Puerto Vallarta. Our condo is conveniently located, just minutes from the Airport, Marina and Downtown.
The condo has been recently remodeled and boasts new furnishings throughout, in traditional mexican decor. In addition, there is a fully stocked kitchenette, which includes a 2-burner stove, sink, microwave and full size refrigerator.
Both bedrooms have comfortable double size beds and there is a sleeper sofa in the living area.
Our condo is located on the first floor so we do not have a view. That being said, we are less than a minute away from the pool and beach!
You won't find a condo in PV that has such a vast amount of amenities available right on the property. You are only steps away from a beautiful pool with a swim up bar, children's area, and pool side dining. Also on the property is a beauty salon, which offers ocean side massages, several restaurants, bars and shops, tennis courts, work-out facilities, free wireless internet in the lobby, a business center and sightseeing adventures.

Hi, I'm June Swift. My husband and I purchased this condo in Puerto Vallarta after falling in love with PV during several vacations to the area.
Why the Owner Chose Hotel Zone
We decided to purchase this condo because of the great location and amenities. Currently we use the condo as a vacation home. Having all the amenities of the Holiday Inn, makes this condo the best of both worlds. We also wanted to rent out the condo when we are not there, so the location right on the beach is perfect for others to enjoy!
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
I love the fact that there is public transportation right on the main road, we appreicate being able to walk to many restaurants and that there are shops right there on the property should we need something immediately.

I stayed here the 2nd week of August 2010 and found it a prefect condo and location for me. Lots of different activities at the pool which are organized by the Holiday Inn. The pool was very large with a swim up bar. Quite a few Palapas right on the beach. Several nice restaurants. I was not able to try the Italian Restaurant because I only short pants and long pants are required. The menu looked very good though. Nice Bar inside the motel, with entertainment most nights. Located very close to a main blue bus line which makes getting into old town, Malecon boardwalk, and Romantica zone. I would recommend this place to stay.
Recommended for:Age 55+, adventure seekers, sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children.
