Welcome to Denver! This condo is a perfect location with central access to Downtown, Cherry Creek, and the Tech Center. The mountains are also a short drive up Hwy 6 if you're traveling here for the mountain scenery and adventure.

With 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, outdoor covered balcony, and remodeled kitchen, you're sure to enjoy the accomodations as a great alternative to a hotel. There is a nice outdoor pool, and lots of grass and landscaping throughout the complex.

This unit overlooks the Cherry Creek riverbed and adjoining bike path. Take a leisurely hike along the path, or bring your bike and ride the path downtown to Confluence Park where Cherry Creek meets the South Platte River. The unit also parallels a city park with lots of green grass and trees.

Cherry Creek Mall is just minutes away if you enjoy shopping, and there are MANY top notch restaurants to choose from. You won't be disappointed! Feel free to inquire about places to visit in the area.

  • This really was a perfect location for us. Close to everything in the city, yet surprisingly secluded next to a walking trail and a couple city parks. The condo is very comfortable and nicely furnished/ decorated. We would definitely recommend it to any of our friends visiting Colorado.

  • The condo was a great alternative to staying in a hotel. We have two small children so having a fully equipped kitchen was worth its weight in gold. Otherwise the condo was clean and comfortable and the location was near everything we wanted to see. I highly recommend this property.
