This townhome is located in the desirable sought after Costa Del Sol complex on Scenic Gulf Drive in Miramar Beach Florida and sits "right" on the Gulf... the Beach has Sugar White Sand and the waters of the Gulf are Emerald Green.
We have 3 levels each with its own deck overlooking the beautiful Gulf. Upper level has two bedrooms and two baths, one with two double beds and the other with a king bed. New carpet and marble tile in the baths. Main level has brand new kitchen cabinets, appliances, Stiles Stone counter tops, new tile floor, half bath and great room leading out to middle deck and magnificent views of the Gulf. The beach level has a bedroom with queen bed, full bath, kitchen with microwave, sink and under counter refrigerator. Large great room, new ceramic tile through-out. Also queen sleeper sofa and sleeper love seat.
Two parking places in front of the unit with an area for visitor parking. New boardwalk along the back of the complex for walking convenience from deck to the beach. 5 STAR ratings from past vacation rentals!!!!

Because of Destin's proximity to Atlanta, the gorgeous white sandy beaches, emerald water and good resturants. Costa Del Sol sits very close to the Gulf with the most spectacular views and sunsets! good surf fishing too!
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome
After we arrive and are settled in, we don't want to leave. There are 4 very good resturants within walking distance or we cook in, grill on the deck. When we do venture out, great shopping, golf, water park, snorkeling, diving, shelling, fishing whatever your desire, Destin has it all.
