Located in the Luxury Ocean Front Resort of Seapointe Village our spacious townhouse is available for weekly rentals from June through October. Ammenities include private beach, 24 hour security, 4 pools with 6 hot tubs (the indoor pool and hot tub are open year), toddler pools, 2 tennis courts, children's playground, basketball court and beachfront grill.

Our spacious three story townhouse has an open floor plan on the main level including a fully equipped eat-in kitchen, dining room, living room with TV/DVR/DVD and one half-bathroom. Sliders open out from the living room to the covered front porch where you can sip your morning coffee and watch the world go by. The top level has a master bedroom with a king bed and its own private full bathroom. Also on that level are a second bedroom with a queen bed and a third bedroom with twin trundle beds. Another full bathroom, laundry closet with extra large capacity washer and dryer, plus a fully stocked linen closet complete the top level. All of our bedrooms have their own TV.
The ground floor consists of a den/family room with a queen sleep sofa, TV/DVD and another full bathroom. French doors open out to a private back deck with a gas grill for your family barbecues. Also on the ground level is an oversized two car garage with beach chairs, umbrellas and a rolleeze cart for your use. Our private driveway also accommodates two cars.
The Living Room TV/DVR has access to all of the major Comcast premium movie channels. Three of our TVs have combination DVD/VCRs and two have video game systems (PS2,N64 and Sega). For your use we have a well stocked children's video library, video games, children's books, games, high chair, portable crib and queen size aero bed. We provide all of your bath and beach towels and bed linens so you only have to pack your clothes.
Seapointe Village, a gated resort community located on prestigious Diamond Beach is a world class beachfront resort situated between the Wildwoods and Victorian Cape May. The numerous kid friendly amenities make Seapointe the perfect place for your family's vacation. In addition to our beautiful wide private beach, there are four pools to choose from, two tennis courts, a basketball court, a children's playground, a game room and a fully equipped exercise room.
The Center Court pool is a children's paradise with a slide, bubbling pool, and toddler pool with fun water sprays. The Ibis pool is an indoor and outdoor pool with a toddler splash pool. Our oceanfront pool includes water sprays and a kiddie pool with a waterfall. The quieter Gardens pool is the place to sit and relax away from the crowds. All of our pools included hot tub spas for the adults to relax and sooth away tired muscles after an active day. Numerous grilling areas, a firepit and bench lined landscaped garden pathways provide additional places to gather or relax with friends and family. The beachfront grill makes a convenient stop to curb hunger pangs and thirst. All units are within three short blocks to the beach through our private gated community so you are never far away from any of the facilities.
Nearby attractions include the Wildwood Boardwalk and Convention Center, Morey's Piers, the Cape May open air mall, the Cape May County Zoo, Historic Cold Spring Village, Leamings Run Garden and Colonial Farm, Lewes Ferry, the Cape May Point Lighthouse, the Hereford Inlet Lighthouse, the Cape May National Wildlife Refuge, the Delaware Bay beaches, Sunset Beach, Sunset Lake, movie theaters and plentiful shopping locations and restaurants.

Why the Owner Chose Diamond Beach
Seapointe Village is a unique gated community located on the New Jersey coastline. There is no other such community that provides the range and amount of ammenities within a days drive of its private beachfront location on Diamond Beach. We purchased the property to have a great place for our family vacations when our children were young (ages 5 and 8). Seapointe Village was (and still is) the best family vacation spot on the New Jersey shore.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome
The provided 8 beach tags give you access to all of Seapointe Village's facilities and our private beach. The indoor pool, indoor hot tub, tennis courts, childrens playground and and basketball court are open year round. In Season you have use of all four outdoor pool complexes and multiple outdoor hot tubs. Only persons staying on Seapointe property have access to our pool facilities. In addition, Seapointe has 24 hour, year-round security.
Within the gates of Seapointe Village only the townhouses give you use of a private 2 car garage and a private backyard patio with gas grill. In addition our unit has a full driveway for extra parking, a feature that only a handful of other townhouse units can provide.
Seapointe Village's private beach runs from E Memphis Ave to Ibis Lane.
The Center Court Pool complex consist of two tiered pools connected by a slide, toddler pool, bubble pool and hot tub.

Hi! We are the Fraser family. We have been owners at Seapointe Village for over 14 years now. We love spending time at our townhouse all year round. When our children were young it was a fantastic place for a family vacation. Now that they are college age and older they really enjoy hosting their hometown and college friends. We all love to visit Seapointe to have a wonderful relaxing place that melts away all the stresses of daily life. It is still the greatest place for our whole family to spend time together.

Dear Judy and Chuck, Wow!!! What a week - in the 90s every day. Everyone had a great time. Thanks for getting the number for the wheelchair for us it really came in handy and I was able to get to the pools every day even with the broken ankle. Thanks again. My grandaughter left you the hostess napkins - when she saw them she thought they would be nice for your townhome and bought them for you. Thanks again for all you do for us - have a great year.
