We have a total of four side-by-side 5 bedroom townhouses which can each accomodate 14 or 56 all together. All of our townhouses have fabulous views of the mountain and gondola, the largest floorplan at Cimarron, a private 7 person hot tub on the balcony, 7 or more HD TVs in all bedrooms and living areas, pool table, Nintendo Wiis to name but a few amenities.

Built in a private twin home configuration, yet steps from the Gondola, Steamboats newest luxury property provides 3300 square feet of generous living space that's as functional as it is well crafted. Each bedroom is richly decorated and equipped with flat panel televisions. The Great room and Loft area are wonderful spaces for relaxing together around the fireplace, shooting pool or watching movies.

Thanks to the thoughtful design and layout, guests enjoy a townhome that provides large, comfortable space perfect for family gatherings. The master suite and each guest bedroom offer its own private bath, allowing the entire family an individual retreat for solitude and renewal. The master bedroom also features a gas fireplace. Each of the bedrooms is equipped with a 32" HD flat screen TV, stereo speakers for IPod, cd or radio enjoyment and rustic accent ceiling fans.

The kitchen is state-of-the-art with a Viking range, double dishwasher, stainless appliances, knotty alder cabinets all the expected gadgets. The adjacent dining room has a seating for ten and gorgeous views of the valley. The great room features an expansive stone fireplace, 30 foot ceiling, hardwood floors, a 42" HD flat panel TV and stunning views of the mountain and ski slopes.

The large loft area has a 52" HD TV with HD digital recorder, CD/DVD player and an XBOX 360 with surround sound. There is also an 8' pool table and ping pong table top for a complete variety of leisure activities for kids of all ages.

The balcony features a 7 person Hot Springs Spa to soothe your muscles or your soul after a day on the slopes or mountain bike. There is also a 5 burner natural gas grill and a dining table with seating for 6 so you can enjoy your meal watching the shadows rise up the mountain.

Tastefully decorated in a log post and beam style with rancher's stone and aged woods, guests will enjoy the in floor heating in the winter and air conditioning in the summer, heated double car garages with heated walkways and driveway. Steps from the front door is an outdoor heated pool, outdoor spa, and an exercise facility.

We can also accommodate even larger groups up to 75 as additional townhomes are available to rent in the complex.   • We had our girls weekend in Steamboat and stayed at the townhouse. It was even better than the website photos. The house was so comfortable and well-stocked that we hardly went in to town. Really enjoyed the game room, hot tub and gourmet kitchen. Can't wait to stay there again!!

  • Stayed in this townhouse for a month in August 2008. It was wonderful and Tim, the owner, could not have been more helpful. We had rented another property through VRBO and it was nothing like it was advertised. FYI you should always get everything in writing and don't rent from anyone who will not take a credit card. If they will not accept credit cards you have no options if the place is not up to the standards advertised. It was run down and did not have air-conditioning as we were told. Tim agreed to rent to us for a month on very short notice. The unit is even better that the pictures and the kitchen was a dream. Our family was with us for the whole month and I cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay in the townhouse.

  • Just wanted to say how much we enjoyed our ski vacation at this beautiful townhome. There was more than enough space for all eight of us and it had all the comforts of home - plus some! We really enjoyed the loft- pool table, Wii and (our personal favorite), the ping pong table. We also enjoyed the super clean, private hot tub on the deck. Although it is not ski in, ski out the shuttle service was very user friendly and prompt. No rental cars necessary! I would highly recommend this place for your vacation. Hopefully we will be able to visit again. Thanks, Tim!

  • Super place! We rented two of these town homes in Feb. '08 for an annual ski trip. This was the 20th anniversary for this group. Having stayed at just about every major resort in the west, I'm please to report that we've never stayed at a nicer place. Accommodations were spectacular, the landlord bent over backwards and everything that was promised in advance was delivered and then some. Also a great location. Short walk to the gondola and the free shuttle is at your doorstep within seconds after you call. Thanks Tim. We really enjoyed our stay and hope you'll still be renting these units the next time we return to Steamboat.
