Our Chalet is available for rental for a 3 day minimum, week, or month. It is completely furnished, including free wi-fi Internet service, a full kitchen, color TV in the living room, color flat- screen TVs in each bedroom with built-in DVD/CD players, cable television service throughout the home, VCR and movies, stereo system, and phone for local calling. It has a big fireplace, and a sunny deck which catches the cool mountain breeze, and ceiling fans throughout the home.
It is located across the street from the slopeside houses. Nearby is a great view of the Beech Creek Valley where you can see four states- North Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, and Kentucky. It is a short ride to the Beech Mountain Ski Village, Beech Mountain country club Golf Course, tennis courts, and swimming pool. The Beech Mountain Ski Village has an assortment of winter shops and an ice skating rink. Guest passes for the Buckeye Lake Recreation Center may be purchased for a nominal fee.
Security deposit + 1/2 Rent are required within 7 days of booking. There is a $100.00 Cleaning fee and 12.75% taxes. NO PETS and NO SMOKING are allowed. Remaining rent is required 30 days before rental begins. 30 days cancellation notice is required for a full refund. Three nights minimum stay. ALL RESERVATIONS MUST BE CONFIRMED BY PHONE.
