The location is perfect because it is located on the best part of Clearwater Beach which is North Beach. Caledesi Island which is a part of North Clearwater Beach was named Number One Beach in the United States!

I spent the month of March 2010 in this charming home. It was well maintained and well landscaped. The fenced backyard was great for my daughter's yorkies when they came to visit. The Florida room was great for an afternoon nap! I enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this beautiful beach house.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, pet owners, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
