We had a great stay! Very nicely updated and stocked condo in a wonderful location near some great restaurants (try the sandwiches at 808 Deli) and right across from a wonderful snorkeling beach. Owner was a pleasure to deal with.

My sister & I spent 2 weeks at this condo in May. Every day we were grateful for the location, the amenities, the grounds, the birds, the walks to the beach and close-by restaurants, the comfortable beds, the washer and dryer.. We so much appreciated the extra touches - the tray to take our breakfast out to the lanai, the stereo with an ipod interface, the silent ceiling fans, the great blender.. We loved the location in Kihei - only 5 minutes drive to an awesome snorkeling beach in Wailea (Ulua), a short trip to almost anywhere.. it was very central. The condo was quiet - no road noise - only the bird chorus at dawn & dusk. I would hightly recommend the condo to anyone. It was perfect. We did not want to leave, and we will definitely be back!

We (2 adults and 2 kids)stayed in this awesome condo from March 1 to 11, 2010. Deb and Dennis have a wonderful home in Maui and we are so glad we were able to stay there. The condo is clean, quiet and well stocked with everything that you need. Deb and Dennis are great to deal with and were always available for questions. Class A from start to finish. If you want to stay at the Banyan, this is the place to do it!!!!! Thanks again.

We just returned from spending 13 days in this beautiful condo. We were a family of 4 and having the 2nd bedroom and bathroom separate from the master was great - they had their own room with a TV. The decor is lovely and Deb, the owner, obviously took great care in choosing everything. We would not hesitate in booking another holiday in this condo.

omg what a great place. i have been to maui 3 times and by far this is the best place ive stayed at. perfect location. i love kam 1 and kam 2 beaches. waliea is down the road. and great local restraunts. i will stay in this condo again.

We just spent 8 nights in this wonderful condo. I was in Maui for the first time with my husband, my parents, and my daughters (ages 12 and 10). This condo met our needs perfectly! Everything we needed to make it our "home away from home" was ready. The view of the pool and the ocean from the lanai was amazing! The owner was wonderful to work with and communicated quickly whenever I had questions. We definitely plan to return to this condo in Maui.

My husband, myself, my mother, my 7 yr old son and my 3 month old infant daughter recently spent 5 days in this well equipped and beautifully decorated condo. We literally had everything we needed during our stay and were QUITE comfortable there! The owner was a tremendous pleasure to work with both pre and post trip, as she went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Location of this condo is a hop, skip & a jump from the pool and the gas grills...and just a short walk or drive from the beach across the street. We had a great time! We hope to go back again someday!

This condo unit is beautifully appointed and maintained, complete with brand new, first class appliances. Perfectly located within the Maui Banyan complex. Well away from road noise, thirty yards from pool and barbeques, on quiet forth floor corner with gorgeous ocean and mountain views offering spectacular sunrises and sunsets from lanai. Best location in Kihei townsite and Maui island due to easy access and close proximity to beaches, stores, restaurants and Pi'ilani Highway, and far less wind and rain than north side of island. Biggest plus however is the pleasant, accommodating and most helpful condo owner who was a total pleasure to deal with. Much appreciated Deb. We have traveled extensively over the last fifteen years and couldn't have picked a better owner or unit had we spent a month in Maui conducting condo research. Ron, Diane, Earl & Ann

Beautiful apartment, gorgeous property, stunning views. Perfect location to lounge by the pool, walk on the beach, and visit the sites. Had a wonderful visit--only wish we could have stayed longer. We'll definitely be back!

Definately Paradise Revisited! We booked this unit for our honeymoon and could not have been happier! Spacious 2br condo with beautiful views and quick/easy access to the beach across the street! Everythign is new in the unit! We will definately be back! Thanks for a wonderful stay!
