This is our family home. We only rent for 4 weeks each year. This keeps the home in great shape. If you rented elsewhere, you know this means it is not a serial rental-beaten home!! As soon as you walk in you will see, smell and feel the difference. It is spacious, clean and neat. The upper deck has an ocean view and the breakfast bar has a view of the bay. North Beach is a residential community with no commercial development, but we are within walking distance of top rated restaurants, night clubs, butcher, fresh seafood, and grocery stores. An elegant day spa is also less than 1/4 mile away.

On the upper level there is a fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, powder room and master bedroom -queen size bed-with a full bath. This deck has a gas grill for your use.

On the lower level there is a family room(queen size sofa bed), bath, three bedrooms all with queen size beds. Ceiling fans throughout the house, central A/C, wireless high speed internet, and fax. There is a shady, quiet secluded deck off the family room.

Outside, there is plenty of off-street parking, a foot shower and a outdoor private shower.

If you are looking to Mapquest location look for "West Creek Lane" 08008. I have no idea why it comes up under this name (or even 12th street)as it has never been known by either of those names, but if is's on the internet it must be true! The house on the aerial view is first one on the South side of the lane
