This is a 5-STAR, Newly Decorated, Premium Level, Beachfront Condo
Come get away in our beautifully accommodated beachfront condo. Enjoy spectacular views of the ocean and Pier Park from our 14th floor unit. The living room and master bedroom each open onto the balcony which provides fabulous views of the amazing emerald green waters of the Gulf Coast.
Our unit is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit with an additional bunk room. The master bedroom contains a king-size bed, a large walk in closet and it's own bathroom with double vanity and granite countertops. .
The 2nd bedroom contains a queen-size bed and has it's own door opening to the 2nd bathroom. The bunk room contains a bunk bed with 3 single bunks (upper, lower, and trundle). The kids can hang out in here and watch TV or movies on their very own Mickey Mouse television and DVD player! If more sleeping space is needed, our unit features a pull out queen sofa bed with a comfortable mattress.
Each bedroom has it's own television and DVD player, so privacy can be attained if needed! There is a fourth television in the living room with a DVD player.
The kitchen features granite countertops and has all the modern amenities needed to help you feel at home. There is a granite wet bar area where you can prepare a cocktail to enjoy while you are sitting on the balcony enjoying one of our beautiful sunsets over the ocean! Our unit features a separate laundry room with a full size washer and dryer.
Our dining area has enough seating for your entire family to enjoy a meal together. Our large dining table has 6 counter height stools plus a large enough area on the table to place your meal. There are 3 barstools at the kitchen bar if extra seating is needed.
Whether you are here for business or pleasure, we think you will enjoy our beautiful condo. If needed, our unit provides high-speed internet access. Just bring your laptop and you will be set to go! If fishing is your thing, we are located right next to the Dan Russell fishing pier (currently being rebuilt). PIER PARK, which is adjacent to our condo and just a short stroll away, just opened this spring and has several restaurants,including The Back Porch, Margaritaville, Five Guys Burgers, Buffalo Wild Wings, and Panera for you to choose from. A brand new movie theater, and a Super Target with a Starbucks is currently open. Pier Park features shops galore including Ron Jon Surf Shop, JCPenney, and Dillards, plus many other quaint stores to browse through. There are many more shops to come, plus they will be building Pier Park West in the near future!! If you are here to watch your child play baseball at FRANK BROWN PARK, which is just 2 miles away, then you have chosen a great place to unwind and relax at the end of a long day! Lounge by one of the large free form pools or by the ocean while the kids play in the water. Free beach service (2 beach chairs and umbrella) is provided with the rental of our condo!
