This two-story home is an ideal choice when vacationing with family and friends or a honeymoon. A free, private shuttle provides residents and guests with daily door to door service, on the hour, to Breckenridge's ski lifts and into town during ski season. Evening shuttle service, during ski season, can be made by reservation.
This property is utilized and managed by the owners. Great attention has been given to details to meet your every need. Beds guaranteed for a good night's sleep, quality linens and cable televisions complete each bedroom. A kitchen well-equipped for any gourmet features custom cabinets, granite countertops and dining table for 8. The living area has a home theater with surround sound, gas fireplace, comfortable seating and pleasing artwork to add to your relaxation. Just outside on the deck, you will enjoy breathtaking views of the Ten Mile Range and use of the gas grill, patio furnishings and large, private hot tub. The garage is equipped with ski racks and 9 bike racks with cables for locking (locks not provided).
Located just 3 miles from Breckenridge town center and ski slopes, and 7 miles from Frisco, this home is also an hour or less from 6 additional ski resorts (Keystone, Arapohoe Basin, Copper Mountain, Loveland, Vail and Beaver Creek). Distance to Denver International Airport is 98 miles.

Why the Owner Chose Highland Greens
We love the cool mountain climate where we can escape the heat of the summer months to hike, bike, kayak, etc. and relax and we also enjoy the winter months so we can ski and play in the snow. The scenery and serenity of Breckenridge cannot be beat no matter the time of year. Breckenrige is a casual, family - oriented town with great history, rich traditions and friendly people which makes our visits that much more pleasurable whether alone for a romantic weekend or traveling with extended family and friends.
The Unique Benefits at this Town Home
The Breckenridge Rental offers the privacy and serenity of a hotel suite but you get an entire home for the same price as a single hotel room! You will not suffer the late night noise from nearby bars or condos. Parking for 4 cars but no use in driving as the private shuttle takes you to the slopes door to door each day. Every window offers a superb mountain view, the private hot tub is steps from the back door, the gas fireplace ignites a the flip of a switch year-round, and the kitchen (or gas grill) and dining area is a joy in which to cook and entertain not to mention the home theater with surround sound to add to the ambiance. Dirty laundry is not an issue when you have a full-sized washer and dryer. A hotel suite cannot compare to what our home can offer as you vacation alone, with your children and/or with friends.

Eight of us had a fabulous time renting this home. The proximity to so many ski areas was wonderful. We could not get over the decor and how well maintained and clean the home was - it was flawless. We could not have been happier with our experience of renting The Breckenridge Rental.

There is a group of us men who do a ski trip every year together. We have seen ski rentals all over the west. This home is about as perfect as you get. We cannot find a fault. It is beautifully decorated and so well organized and thought out. Nothing has been forgotten or left to chance. It was pleasure to rent.
