Lge 1700 sq ft 2 bed/2 bath Suite in new executive home on 5 peaceful, country acres; very private property, overlooking gorgeous Wood Lake. Lots of walking trails.
Heated Pool (seasonal) for your use ( owners request some use when guests are out).
Horses, alpacas, deer are your neighbours in this idyllic setting. Large bedrooms with ensuites, and large living room have beautiful views, and each bedroom has own sliding door to patio. New Stainless Steel kitchen is fully stocked. Own laundry and private entrance, plenty of parking.
Grocery shopping, great restaurants are all 3-5 minutes. 5 lakes for watersports, boat launch,fishing and outdoor activity galore in the neighbourhood! 3 minutes to two great beaches!
Wood Lake is right below us and Kalamalka and Okanagan Lakes minutes away!
The location is a fabulous alternative to city hotels!... just 10 minutes from the Kelowna Airport, excellent Golf Courses within a 15 minute drive (Quail, The Bear, Predator Ridge & Okanagan Resort), numerous award winning wineries - Gray Monk and Arrowleaf Estate are a 10 minute drive. Shopping area of Kelowna is only 10 mins away, Vernon is 15 mins. Airport is 10 mins.
SUMMER: Enjoy the beautiful view from the deck , the heated pool or the new gazebo area or get on the water - rent a boat, fish, swim at Wood Lake just below us. Waterslides, beaches, jet skiing all nearby!
SPRING/FALL: Get out on the links with 4 golf courses nearby! Wine Festivals and tours galore!
WINTER:
Ski at either Big White or Silver Star - 35 minutes to either. Boat launch for fishing 5 minutes; 4 top golf courses nearby, all water sports. Wood Lake is below us, Kalamalka Lake and Okanagan Lakes are just minutes away! Horse riding, hiking, boating all nearby.

- While we don't have a plumbed air conditioning system, we have a great internal fan system and the location of the property and the suite within the house makes it lovely and comfortable that is better than air conditioning. Lovely lake and mountain breezes make the air lovely and natural yet comfortably cool - we get asked a lot about A/C and our set own system has been considered preferred by our guests. The Unique Benefits at this House
We loved the area and fell in love with the tranquility and beauty yet easy access to downtown Kelowna or Vernon. It truly is a unique neighbourhood, feeling like out in the country with a great little town with all necessary grocery shopping, but so close to all the big stores in Kelowna too!
We put in the pool to enjoy some refreshing (yet heated) dips while enjoying the fantastic views!

We are a Vancouver family who would love to relocate one day to our Okanagan home.
In the interim we try to make it up most weekends, so the 5 acre property is virtually your own for most of your vacation. You just have to share the fields with our horses! If we are around it is to take care of the horses, try to get a ride in or just wanting to relax, we are quiet and often out at dinner with friends so you won't notice us if we happen to be there on a weekend.
We have terrific neighbours - close enough if there was an emergency yet far enough that we feel like it is our own private paradise.

The description of the property is on the mark with the spacious interior and exterior, including the lake view and hot tub/pool. We recommend this property for its cleanliness, friendly and accommodating hosts, spacious interior for 5 people and an outside view that knocks it out of the park. We will be happy to stay here again when we are visiting either Vernon or Kelowna.

Well I've spent 2 amazing months here for work. The house was amazing and the next door neighbour was a great help when needed. I woke up to a lot of deer outside the door, lots of pictures! Thanks to Leigh-Anne and Paull for a great home away from home.

We came in a group of 5 to challenge the 1/2 marathon in Kelowna. Veni Vidi Vici - Enough said! The setting here was a perfect refuge for respite and we savoured the views, some wine and the company of good friends

Thank you for your wonderful hospitality. We really enjoyed the comfy home, gorgeous views, peaches, strawberries, the horses and especially the pool. Lots to do around here - boating, and jet skiing, the Atlantis waterslides, beaches beaches, beaches. I'll definately recommend you. Hope to be back!

Your home is such a lovely spot here and we enjoyed every minute with the views, pool, hot tub...and even the adventrure of this year's forest fires! Thank you for letting us stay in your wonderful home. We loved the panoramic view of Wood Lake and everyone especially the kids enjoyed the alpacas! We spent every single afternoon sitting by the pool and reading in the gazebo. We also went hiking in the forest and woke up t deer in the yard. We will truly miss this place!
