Enjoy those wonderful Hawaii sunsets framed within the swaying palm trees from the comfort of this top (third) floor unit, with elevator access. Unit features your own personal Viking BBQ located on the lanai (Balcony). Features include an assigned garage and guest parking spots. There are 2 separate pools and spas located within this new development. Tasteful island furniture and decor adorn the interior. Fully equipped gourmet kitchen features all the appliances and spices that you may need including Calphalon pans, Henkel knives and Cuisinart appliances. 52" Plasma TV's are located in the family room w/DVD players, IPOD hookup and Bose surround systems. Master Bedroom has a 42" Plasma TV, the second bedroom also has Sony Plasma TV. This complex is located directly across from the new Queens shops and adjacent to the Kings shops. Both within walking distance. You can also walk 10 minutes to the beach and soak up the rays at beautiful A'bay. Queen shops already have a food court, sushi, Thai and starbucks open. The unit was great! The unit has all the latest amenities and is decorated impeccably! The bbq on the deck is fabulous and we can bbq and eat dinner on the patio with an outside fan above our head.
The location is great because it's close to the beach, close to the shopping center that has free entertainment almost nightly and Macy's, restaurants, a small liquor/abc/groc store and even a food court where you can get a quick meal as well as nice restaurants.
The Blue Hawaiian helicopters, which gives the greatest tour on the island and I highly recommend as well because you can see the lava tubes and flowing directly into the ocean, is located right around the corner from the condos.

Our stay at Waikoloa Beach Villa was exceptional. K32 is a beautiful condo in perfect condition with top of the line furniture and decor. The BBQ on the lanai was wonderful. The two pools in WBV are really beautiful and inviting. Our kids had a fantastic time swimming and playing. The location is great, too. It is so close to the shops and restaurants, we walked everywhere. The beaches were a very short drive and were spectacular. Having access to the beach chairs and toys was nice. We had a wonderful time and simply cannot wait to return. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.
