Welcome to my home. I know that you will enjoy your stay in this beautiful East Boca Raton home, only an eight- minute walk to the ocean. This sunny, spacious and delightful cottage is nestled in a serene and private cul-de-sac surrounded by lush tropical landscaping and a natural bird sanctuary. You will be enchanted by the exotic birds and colorful butterflies frolicking in the yard while you enjoy the refreshing breeze from the ocean and the Intracoastal waterways just a few yards away. You will love a brisk 8-minute walk to the beach in the morning where you can bask in the sun, swim, or snorkel in the ocean. You may choose to explore the nature trails, the indigenous vegetation, the numerous parks and the Gumbo Limbo Nature Center, all located along the beach on A1A. At home, the sparkling waters of your private kidney-shaped pool await you at any time, night or day. Turn the pool light on at night and enjoy the amazing rainbow of colors dancing in the water. The grounds and the pool are cleaned and maintained regularly. Take a refreshing dip in the pool while your favorite steak barbeques on the grill. This charming home offers you complete privacy, space, and a tranquil environment away from the congestion and confinement of other communities.
The bedrooms are cozy and comfortable with new and high quality bedding and linen. The French doors in the living room open to a flower bed on the north and to the pool and deck area on the south. You will enjoy dining and relaxing indoors or outdoors in this unique and beautiful setting. There is also a breakfast nook by the kitchen, overlooking the pool, where you will love having your tea or coffee in the morning.
For entertainment, you can play your own tunes on the piano or go to the many venues downtown where you can enjoy dancing, dining and live music. You will find a variety of local and International restaurants only minutes away. You are within a mile from Mizner Park and its boutique shops, movies, nightclubs and the Amphitheater that hosts a variety of shows and live entertainment throughout the year. You are literally within walking distance or a short drive from everything. The library, tennis courts, golf, movie theaters, parks, the post office, downtown, banks, the Town Center Mall, Boomers Entertainment Center and all the major roadways and highways are easily accessible. There are also a variety of water sports and sightseeing boats available nearby.
If you wish to explore the neighboring towns, a 15 minutes drive north will put you on Atlantic Avenue in Delray Beach where you can enjoy the antique shops, outdoor cafes and the street events. To visit the famous homes and lifestyles in the Palm Beaches, or to see the arts and entertainment centers in Fort Lauderdale, you can take the scenic route ( A1A) only 30 minutes north or south respectively and explore the wonderful surprises that South Florida has to offer. Drive 50 minutes south to Miami to see and be seen on the renowned strip of “South Beach.” Here, you can experience great dining, feast your eyes and ears on unforgettable sights and sounds and enjoy the best Latin Music and entertainment you could ever imagine.
