This beautiful mountain home near Brevard, Asheville, and Hendersonville, NC overlooks Table Rock, Clemson, Pickens, Greenville and The Piedmont! You can see for miles! On top of that, you have 4 great bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, a WONDERFUL great room, a GREAT deck, and a covered porch to relax and watch the Peregrine Falcons, the occasional Eagle, and GREAT sunsets! The house is located in the middle of a large State Park with unlimited hiking, birdwatching, and wildlife.
Horseback riding in DuPont State forest is just 15 minutes away. World-Class fly fishing for both native and stocked mountain trout in various local streams (license required).
The master bedroom is on the main floor with 2 bathrooms; there are 2 bedrooms and a bath downstairs, and a big bedroom with a 1/2 bath upstairs.
The community has a private pool and tennis courts just a short walk from the house. During the summer months, you can walk to the Mountain House for lunch, or have a wonderful dinner on Friday or Saturday night. All of this is 15 minutes from Dupont Forest and its waterfalls, biking trails and horse trails. Also just 30 minutes to downtown Brevard. There are numerous golf courses in the area. Connestee Falls 18 hole championship course is less than 20 minutes away. Sherwood Fores executive course is 15 minutes. Glen Canon is 30 minutes.
