This three bedroom, three bath Vacation Home offers all the comforts of Home. Located just off of Marina Road in a quiet residential area, we insure a quiet and peaceful stay. Approximately 50 feet from the driveway there is a boat launch ready for your boat. Also, We have a covered deck with a canopy to provide shade from the warmth of the Alabama sunshine.
The whole house has been decorated with Brand New Furniture. The master bedroom has a king size bed, dresser, and armoire which holds a TV and DVD player. The master bath is located just off of the master bedroom. Down the hall is the second bedroom with a set of full size bunk beds, also with a private bathroom. This room's decor is geared toward the kids. Both the master and second bedroom is located on the second floor. Downstairs, you will see the third bedroom that is furnished with a queen size bed, and five drawer dresser. Each room has large walk in closets for storage of suit cases and beach wear. Also, each floor is equipped with air conditioning units that are controlled independently of each other for each guests individual comfort.
The kitchen has been equipped with all new appliances, new stove, refrigerator and dishwasher. We also have a washer and dryer for your convenience. The main floor bathroom has a large shower unit that is handicap accessible. The living room offers a pull out queen size sleeper sofa, loveseat and chair. Cable is provided through out the home in each room.
The newest addition to our vacation home is a private 12' x 24' simi-in ground swimming pool. Attatched to the pool, we have a sunning deck thats great for working on that tan. All this is enclosed in our backyard with a privacy fence.

Rather it be visiting one of the many public beaches or shopping at the Warf, our home is within a few short minutes to all the wonderful events and locations of Orange Beach.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Our Vacation home has many unique benefits that are available to you and your family to enjoy. With the spacious three bedrooms and three baths there are enough room for your family and friends to enjoy without feeling cramped. We especially enjoy feeling the warm breeze coming in from the nearby water while sitting on our front porch. The kids love the private pool that is just outside located in our back yard. Parents love it because there are no worry of the kids being out of reach and out of view. Laying in the lounge chair watching the kids play in the pool with a good book is my favorite part of vacation.

My husband and I purchased our vacation home two years ago with the intentions of having a second home where our family and friends could go and enjoy the warm weather and spend quality time with family. We fell in love with the southern hospitally that Orange Beach displays on a daily basis. Although we do not get to stay in the home as often as we would like, we decided to extend to other families the opportunity to experience the wonderful life in Orange Beach by Renting our home.
