The gourmet kitchen includes a cooking island and top-of-the-line appliances as well as a garbage disposal, food processor, blender, and other appliances! Quality cookware, flatware, and dishes make preparing a meal a culinary event. Glassware includes Margarita and martini sets, wine and champagne glasses and more; candle holders, table linens set the mood for relaxing and dining after a perfect day at the beach.
The main bedroom has a king-size bed, armoire with TV and drawers, phone, and two walk-in closets. The five-piece adjoining bath features a tub, over-size shower and double sinks. A spiral oak staircase leads to the loft bedroom with queen bed, skylight, TV and adjoining two-piece bath. A separate heating/cooling system provides extra comfort. The third bedroom on the main floor has twin beds. Two roll-away beds are available as needed.
The large deck features comfortable patio furniture, glass-top dining table with chairs, large umbrella and and lounge chairs.

It is just west of the City of Bradenton and has easy on/off access by two causeways from the mainland and one from Longboat key to the south.
