Elegant, yet comfortable for groups of two to eight, this three-bedroom, two and a half bath home is designed and furnished with comfort and luxury in mind. The living/dining area with cathedral-vaulted ceiling has panoramic Gulf vistas. The living room features hardwood floors, comfortable rattan furniture with the emerald-green colors of the sea and sunset. HDTV, DVD and high-speed wireless internet.
If you just want to relax and read, there is a 'reading area' with comfortable chaise lounge. A beautiful glass-top pedestal table with captain chairs makes dining a pleasure.
The gourmet kitchen features granite counters, a cooking island and top-of-the-line appliances as well as a garbage disposal, food processor, blender, and other appliances! Quality cookware, flatware, and dishes make preparing a meal a culinary event. Glassware includes Margarita and martini sets, wine and champagne glasses and more; candle holders, table linens set the mood for relaxing and dining after a perfect day at the beach.
The main bedroom has a king-size bed, armoire with TV and drawers, phone, and two walk-in closets. The five-piece adjoining bath features a tub, over-size shower and granite counter and double sinks. A spiral oak staircase leads to the loft bedroom with queen bed, skylight, TV and adjoining two-piece bath. A separate heating/cooling system provides extra comfort. The third bedroom on the main floor has twin beds. Two roll-away beds are available as needed.
The large deck features comfortable patio furniture, glass-top dining table with chairs, large umbrella and and lounge chairs.
Embrace the “island” flavor of this unique Gulf coast island with its lush vegetation and tranquil ambiance. There are no high rises to spoil the view.
Anna Maria is a seven-mile-long barrier island just two hours from Orlando, one hour from Tampa Airport and close to many central Florida attractions. It is surrounded by the Gulf of Mexico on the west, Tampa Bay and Anna Maria Sound on the east and Sarasota Bay to the South. It is just west of the City of Bradenton and has easy on/off access by two causeways from the mainland and one from Longboat key to the south.

we stayed with our children and grandchildren. great house. great kitchen and super location right on beach. a perfect photo oppportunity and quiet beach. we would go back tomorrow.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

The Unique Benefits at this House:
It is wonderful to start your day by sitting on the deck in the morning with a cup of coffee! The view is awesome and the water is ever-changing; sometimes emerald green, other times blue. The water is very shallow with no drop-off, so it is ideal for small children. The sunsets are spectacular and the perfect way to end the day.
You can stroll to a restaurant on the beach about a 10-minutes walk from Breakers that features an all-you can eat pancake breakfast and other breakfast/lunch items. Bare feet and swimsuits are welcome!
