This is a very nice private home in the heart of Fort Lauderdale within minutes of the beach.
Three Bedrooms, Three Baths. Large great room with living, dining and kitchen. Screend porch of the pool.
The home has great space so that everyone can find their spot. There is a very nice private pool in a private fenced backyard so you can enjoy the beauty of the outdoors and wonderful Florida weather.
If you want a nice home for a special vacation or a family gathering, this is the place. This is the perfect budget home for those wanting to escape the cold north this winter.
Great locations with many shops and restaurants in the neighborhood and many more just minutes from Las Olas and the beach.
NOTE: I do not keep up my online calendars on my homes. Because I have several homes in Fort Lauderdale, I might be able to accommodate you at the other home if this one is booked. Email is always best as I don't carry my calendar with me when I'm out.

Our visit was a wonderful experience! We had a self- check in. I wasn't sure what to expect. This was our first time renting a private home. There were NO SURPRISES! The pictures were accurate of the rental property. The home was beautiful, tasteful and all amenities were high end. The owner was wonderful in providing information before and during our visit. Everything was well maintained. The yard and pool area provided an extrememly private feel. It almost felt as if we were alone on an island. The foliage was lovely. We also enjoyed use of the BBQ. Which was easy enough for even me to use. The location is ideal. Only approx. 10 min from the beach and all the trendy areas. I would definately recommend this property or other properties owned by this owner to my friends and family. We travel quite a bit to Florida and are considering on using this property again in the furture. The house works for singles, couples as well as families. My family enjoyed visiting the nearby Fort Laurdale Museum of Art, Le Crape Resturant on Las Olas and we can't reforget Rapids waterpark.!! Rain was never an issue because ther is always so much to do and you also have the comfort of your own priviate pool. We shopped at the Publix but also discovered the local meat market "Andrews Meat Market" which provided great value for your money. As I said before, relaxing, private and extremely comfortable.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We came to Fort Lauderdale for family vacation with 2 children (3 and 5 yrs old) plus grandma and really enjoyed our stay at this property (July 2010). House had everything needed including full kitchen and beautiful screened porch by the pool. We would usually spend half day at the beach (~10 min away by car) and the second half at the pool. The owner was professional and very responsive. When we mentioned that grandma will also join us, he offered to buy an extra air bed for kids and he had it delivered before we arrived. We also appreciated all the details in the welcome package that was provided. Overall, we loved Fort Lauderdale, had great experience renting this house and will be back!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.
