Large upstairs deck with view of the ocean, hammock and chairs to let you sit back and enjoy the Keys. Downstairs has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a living room. Lots of outdoor space to enjoy a B.B.Q on the grill or lay on the lounge chairs. 60' gated concrete deep water dock with a fish cleaning table and an outdoor shower to cool off after those hot days in the sea.
It is conveniently located oceanside near restaurants, shops & grocery stores.
Canal in the back of the house that takes you to immediate direct access to the Ocean.

**Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park that has a world renowned diving/snorkeling trips, glass bottom boat rides and canoe rentals.
**Harry Harris Park- which allows you to launch your boat there, enjoy their private beach, have a BBQ, or let the kids run wild in the playground.
**Theater of the Sea Adventure Park where you can swim with the dolphins and sea lions and enjoy a show.
**Jacobs Aquatic Center where there is also a family water park, diving tank & olympic pool.
**Founders Park which offers a fishing jetty and a beautiful swimming beach on the Gulf of Mexico.

I spent two weeks in September and the house couldn't have been any better. It looks like they had just remodeled the downstairs because I had no problems with the house at all. The house sparkled and smelled great when we arrived. We had an amazing time almost every night on the hammock or the balcony. The neighborhood is quiet and none of the neighbors really bther. The kids got to spend alot of time on the boat and we loved all the space that the house had for our big group of 10. The owners responded quickly when we had a problem figuring out the keys. Place is great- planning on returning in December
Recommended for:Age 55+, pet owners, families with teenagers, families with young children.

The upstairs of the house was nice but the downstairs portion had sewer leaks which caused a very moldy smell. The water at the dock was always covered in rotting debris from no flow in the canal. The owner would never call me to arrange for a method of checking in. Finally on the way to the property she answered and told me where the keys were hidden. We left the house in perfect shape but have still not received our deposit. I have emailed several times with no reply. Finally I threatened to sue her and post a bad comment. I still have not received a reply. RENT AT YOUR OWN RISK !
Owner response:There was an issue with the plumbing in the downstairs that has already been fixed. The debris in the canal is seaweed. That is something that nature controls, not I. We have spent many summers there and the seaweed comes in and out with the flow of the water. Since the house is cleaned right before the arrival of each visitor, I couldn't tell you exactly where to leave you the keys until I knew. I made many attempts to contact you but you had no reception on your phone during your travel time. I have attempted twice to mail you your check and as far as I knew, there was no problem.
