This split level beach cottage is ideal for single families with children, who want to enjoy affordable oceanfront accommodations without having to coordinate their vacations with other parties.
The cottage features a modern European-style kitchen, spacious dining area and living room area with cathedral ceilings, recessed lighting, natural cedar siding and a large, enclosed, screened-in porch that extends onto the dune, over looking the ocean. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-end integrated appliances (including Miele appliances), natural wood cabinets, Hafele handles and knobs and a synthetic stone counter top. The kitchen and dining room area has a porcelain tile floor. The living room area including the hallway to the second floor bedrooms is fully carpeted.
There are five bedrooms, including three bedrooms and a full bath room on the second floor and two bedrooms and a full bath room on the lower basement floor. The second floor is fully carpeted. The lower basement floor, including one of the bedrooms and the recreation room, is fully carpeted. Other amenities include Air Conditioning, Washer, Dryer, TV, DVD, Stereo, dishwasher, disposal, microwave, ceiling fan, pine wood doors, and a natural Oak bannister.
Half of the lower floor basement has been renovated for the 2008 Season, including the West bedroom, bathroom and recreation room.
There is telephone access to the second floor bedrooms, the living room, and the kitchen. There is also cable television service to the second floor bedrooms, the living room, the kitchen and to one of the lower basement floor bedrooms. The living room has a high definition (HDTV) flat screen television, a DVD player and stereo system. The house also includes WiFi Internet service.
Kids will gravitate to the lower basement floor where there is a large recreation room with a ping pong table and a theatre television set.
