Our condo is updated with tile floors in living, dining & kitchen on the main floor, as well as all appliances, granite tops in kitchen.
Down to the 2nd level we have two bedrooms with two twin beds each and a bath to share. Down to the 3rd level we have two king suites with plenty of closet space and a full bath in each.
The ocean view is visible from the great room, dining & kitchen area & the balcony off of the living area. There is a beautiful walkway from the condo to the huge pool which has an exterior shower & bathrooms, as well as a water fountain to drink from.
You walk a little further down the walkway to the beautiful sandy beaches of Amelia Island.
A short drive away is all kinds of shopping and any kind of dining.
Clinch State Park, Historic District - Fernandina Beach, Putt Putt golf, Island 7 Movie Theaters, Two local Theaters with a full calendar of plays.
The Jacksonville airport is only 30 minutes away.
Amelia Island is a wonderful place to visit & live!

Year Purchased: 2005
My husband & I found Amelia Island in 1990 when we transferred to Kings Bay, GA with the Navy. This quaint place seemed to be in the middle of Kings Bay & Jacksonville so we checked it out & fell in love immediately. we came back this way for our last duty station in 1999 and he retired in 2004. I knew we would call this home so I went to Real Estate School & began a new career in August 1999. For the first time in my life, I knew I had found my calling. I love my job & helping others find the right home, 2nd home or investment. We have two boys, now 17 & 19 yrs old who love Amelia Island also.
