My sister and I have been vacation rental property owners for over 10 years and have come to understand the needs of travelers. We have had mountain, ski and beach properties. We love Destin and the white sand beaches the most and we now have 5 rentals in the area.
Why the Owner Chose Windancer
We chose to buy our unit in the Windancer community because it is tucked away from it all with a low rise ocean front complex, which is nestled on one of the widest beaches in Destin. The nicely landscaped and well maintained complex is convenient to restaurants and nearby shopping.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
The view from our unit is spectacular and I love to watch the dolphins swim by. The sunsets are pretty great too!

My wife and I were thoroughly impressed with the unit. Everything was clean and neat. The view was awesome. We watched dolphins every morning and afternoon that we were there. We will definately be back.

We have stayed in several different VRBO properties over the years. My husband and I stayed at this unit first week of May. This is by far the nicest, cleanest, and best value of all of them! We wanted to go back this summer and take our daughters, but it's booked all summer!

This was our first stay at the Windancer. Location is excellent. Unit 211 is very nicely decorated, clean, comfortable beds,with great ocean view. Inclusion of beach chairs as well as free internet is a plus. Parking is close and very convenient. The owner was a pleasure to work with, responsive, flexible, and concerned that your stay is good. Close to many good restaurants and good shopping. Good place to stay

Wonderful place!! Very comfortable, close beach access and all comforts of home. Would definitely stay again. There was very little signs of oil while we were there and the workers were not a problem.

The condo is exactly as it is depicted in the photos. The community is very quiet! Location was excellent..across the street from the outlets and close to grocery stores. Very quick and efficient reservation and payment process!

The location of this rental was fabulous- a two thumbs up! Right off the ocean and the photos accurately reflect the rental's appearance to a tee. The condo was cleaner than any hotel that I have ever stayed in and would highly recommend it to anyone booking a vacation.

Great place! The complex is great, in the fact that it is on the smaller side. Great beach, and the "included" beach chair service is a very nice plus. The lonly improvement that I would recommend is that a blow dryer be provided in the bathroom. It has become common place for hotels to provide them, and therefore many travlers don't pack them expecting one to be available. R/ The Ramboughs
