Welcome to our family retreat in the Rendezvous neighborhood, located above the town of Winter Park. Our well-appointed home provides convenience, fabulous mountain views and wonderful accommodations - everything you need for the perfect Winter Park vacation!
Our townhome was built in 2007 and has modern, high-end amenities. It has been furnished, decorated and maintained with loving care and attention to detail. Our home has a total living area of approximately 1,600 square feet and sleeps up to 9-10 people comfortably.
The main level (top floor) has an inviting great room with a gas fireplace and widescreen TV (with DIRECTV and DVD player); a dining area with seating for 8-10; a well-appointed kitchen that will please any gourmet; a master suite with a private bathroom; and a powder bath.
The lower (walkout) level has a family/TV room with TV (with DIRECTV); a bedroom with two sets of bunk beds (sleeps 4); a guest bedroom; a full bathroom; and a laundry room with full-size washer and dryer.
The roomy deck and patio extend your overall living space, while a one-car garage provides protection for vehicle and storage for your outdoor gear.
End a glorious day on the slopes by relaxing in the large, PRIVATE HOT TUB under the stars and enjoying the beautiful mountain views.
The ski resort shuttle stops several times an hour at Cozen's Ranch Museum at the entrance to Rendezvous.
Besides skiing and snowboarding at Winter Park or Sol Vista, there is a wide range of activities nearby. Within a few miles, there is a tubing hill, the YMCA of the Rockies (Snow Mountain Ranch), Devil's Thumb Ranch, as well as snowmobiling, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, fishing, etc.
Our town home is great for those couples and families looking for a quiet, secluded location while being just minutes away from all the action!
