We are offering two of our beautiful, practically new, two-bedroom ground floor villas for rent in the spectacular area of Heber Valley. These units are available virtually year round. The breathtaking views of the mountains and valley make Zermatt Resort an unforgettable place to stay. Our two villas are located next door to each other on the first floor of Zermatt Resort & Spa and are beautifully maintained by the management at the resort. Each villa is comprised of two bedrooms, two full baths with jetted tubs, a living room area, and a well-equipped kitchen. The second bedroom in each villa is a lockout room that can be rented out separately. Different room combinations are available for rent.
Each villa is 1000 square feet with three flat-screen televisions that offer premium cable channels, on demand movies and games and complimentary wireless Internet access. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with an adjoining two-person jetted tub and separate shower. The lockout bedroom has two queen beds. There is a separate living room with a fireplace and sofa bed, fully accessorized kitchen with an eating area, and a patio. The beds are top quality and are made up with quilted comforters. The kitchen has granite counter tops and a rock slate floor.
Resort Amenities: Relax in Alpine splendor at the 17,000-square-foot spa, which includes a large heated pool that connects outdoor and indoor swimming, a hot tub which includes a wall-length waterfall, and a complete wellness center and fitness center with a complete menu of European-inspired spa treatments available.
For your dining pleasure, there are 2 gourmet restaurants on-site: Schneitter's offers a European style elegant dining approach with an amazing Sunday Brunch and Matty's Bistro offers casual dining featuring a brick oven and full service bar. For a special treat, try the on-site award winning European bakery, Backerei & Eis, for pastries and gelato. Across the street, at the Homestead Resort, there is a wonderful restaurant as well. If you are spending the day in nearby Park City, you will find an abundance of fine restaurants.
For children, there is a European inspired carousel on-site. The Kidz Klub also offers on-site childcare.
All of your business or professional needs will be met at the Zermatt Matterhorn Conference Center, which offers 28,000 square feet of meeting space.
Nearby Area: Our beautiful Swiss-style villas are in the heart of a year-round outdoor playground known as the Wasatch Mountains. Less than one hour from Salt Lake City and about 20 minutes from Park City, there is always something to do from shopping at the outlet mall to seeing the amazing Salt Lake. On-site, there is an 18-hole executive putting course. In addition, there are numerous golf courses offering 90 holes of golf at the Wasatch State Mountain, Soldier Hollow, and Homestead Resort (right across the street) within a ten minute drive.
Ten minutes away, a popular place to visit is Soldier Hollow, which is the site of the 2002 Olympic Biathlon competition. Visitors can enjoy a variety of winter sports, such as tubing, sledding and summer sports like hiking, golf and fishing. Water recreation at both Deer Creek Reservoir and Jordanelle Reservoir is also close by. If you enjoy fly fishing, then blue ribbon fly fishing on the Provo River is just minutes away.
If you prefer not to drive, Zermatt provides a free shuttle to Park City and to the Deer Valley Ski Resorts, which are only minutes away. Enjoy the other famous ski resorts in the surrounding area as well.
The daily resort fee includes a free shuttle bus to Park City, Heber City, and Midway.In addition, guests have free use of the pools, spa,sauna, and wellness center along with free wireless Internet and free local phone calls.
